Incorrectly installed a unit. Could not fix the leaking issue then ghosted us. Another company fixed it in 1 visit after these guys came out more than three times.

This company is the most professional and helpful company I have ever had in my home!! From the girl (lexi) who answeres the phone to the technician (Chris) that does the work great people! I have my a/c back on and im very thankful to Chris and fire and ice!!

This company was the third company I called. They came out and looked at what needed to be done and fixed it quickly. They were honest, professional and the price was reasonable. They didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. This will be my go to company.

Great outstanding customer service.

I'm only giving a rate of 3 stars because of tech Faron Widen. His customer service and knowledge to ensure our AC unit was up and running was superb. Melinda also tried to assist after her initial blurb with contradicting information between either Fire and Ice and AHS. Lastly, Shelby was flat out rude and should not be interacting with customers.
Issue at hand we were without AC for five-weeks upon the onset of summer. Between AHS and there communication with Fire and Ice, there is only one word that accurately describes it; deplorable. Contradicting information, Fire and Ice location in Montgomery not open to public to full voice mailboxes per the AHS representative on the call during the 4th week of us not having AC. The complaints on here regarding customer service
When dealing with AHS is valid in my opinion, after what we endured. Who is to blame, irrelevant because the facts remains no customer should be without AC for that period of time with deplorable customer service on both ends.

I wanted to see if my strange looking thermostat could be replaced, as I cannot set it to shut off at any designated temperature. It just keeps running, until I shut the system off. Anyway, the service fella explained that he did not have an exact replacement for it, couldn't switch it out with another, but would check with his supervisor to get further information and would get back to me. That was five days ago--still waiting for that "get back to me" thing. In the meantime I just keep doing what I've been doing.....

Scott was great with recommendations and getting us Scheduled..In fact the Night before they came to install our new unit my Old system quit working..So RIGHT on time ! Brennan and Nicholas were great workers..They don't mess around...They got their job done and were very pleasant while they were working. They answered All my questions. Thanks Guys !!

A nightmare to work with. My kids and I have been without heat in our rooms for weeks because one of their technicians falsely claimed our compressor breaking was a “pre existing condition”. The unit was working when we purchased the house and took us through freezing temperatures at Christmas just fine. We showed them the home inspection showing the un it was working when we purchased the house and when our home warranty started. Because of their false claim, American Home Shield cannot pay for a new unit as they don’t cover “pre existing conditions!” They offer no explanation for why the technician said it was a pre existing condition and said I should “get a second opinion” which would immediately cost me another $100 out of pocket, because of their incompetence, disregard for the customer, and outright deceit at this point. I would never recommend this company. I believe contractors like this take a hit when they diagnose something as a legitimate claim vs a pre existing condition. The supervisor is the owner and did not respond to my emails, nor would he ever call me- just communicated through secretaries who really knew nothing and could help me with nothing.

Searched around and got maybe 5 estimates, they beat everyone’s prices and it wasn’t close. Definitely will be getting my business going forward. Melinda was awesome throughout the process and Brennan made sure the job was done neatly and professionally.

just purchased a new business and the ac wasnt working like it should, so i reached out to fire and ice about getting it serviced and running like it should. they sent out a tech and he was very professional and quick about getting our repairs done and they where very affordable. so dont hesitate to give them a call and they will take care of your needs today

Chris, THE TECHNICIAN, was timely, thorough, professional, courteous, and he explained things to me as he did them. Because of this, I HAD COMPLETE CONDIFENCE IN HIS PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE. MY HOUSE IS COOL AGAIN AFTER WEEKS OF NO AIR CONDITIONING. The service from FIRE & ICE was OUTSTANDING, and I have used BB Services while unit was still warranted. No comparison. So much better!!! I highly recommend them to everyone. My brother recommended them to me. ...and, as usual, HE WAS RIGHT!! FIRE & ICE IS THE VERY BEST!!!

Con artists. They strive to systematically nickle and dime you by repeatedly installing incorrect parts until you refuse to pay more or the unit becomes totally inoperable. Stay away from these money hounds!

Was at my home the day after they were called. Nice and polite young man checked everything on the heat pump. He didn't have a replacement filter on his truck but I can order that.

They came out quickly and assessed the problem. My Home Warranty service was no help, but Scott and his crew were quick to react. Broken on Wednesday and they had it up and running on Friday. Thank God because it was close to 100 degrees those days. Excellent job.
