I've been going to this place for years and there are some good people there with great personalities but there is still a dirty stare if the staff doesn't know you and if your of color. It would make someone who wants to spend thousands of dollars with them go and grab a soda and walk out. If you don't believe me, send someone in there whom they've never seen and of color that works for an a/c company and buy a filter. It's gonna take almost an hour to get it because you don't exist. The older guy in the back, he is awesome. He don't care of your green, all he wants is to help you the best way he can with a smile. Mike, your 100% a great guy. Thank you guys.

Got us onloaded pretty fast at the Alabama location. Nice people, offered us coffee and there facilities. Georgia location had a small wait due to their lunch break . Overall good experience
