I have never used this company Fire and Ice, never heard of them, they were sent by AHS. I’ve been living in my home for three years, had a clean home inspection. Never had problems from my AC unit. Called AHS and they sent this lil boy of a technician to my home to check my unit. He claims that my coils needed to be replaced, he sent the findings to AHS and stated that it was a preexisting condition. How in the …. Would he know it was a preexisting condition?? He’s never been to my home!!! - I’ve had the account for three years and never used it. Because he told AHS that it was a preexisting condition, they denied my claim. I was told I would be out of pocket for $3500, how can a company keep trying to scam people with their false claims? Everyone can’t be lying about your business, I think that you guys are trying to scam customers out of money. That’s why we have a home warranty, to take care of the necessary repairs when needed. Unfortunately all of your technicians are falsifying findings to get money out of hard working people. Shame on you Fire and Ice for trying to defraud the public!!! I’m reporting your business to the BBB!!!!

Update:
Had another heating and cooling company come. My only issue was my drain pipe was clogged. Fire and ice wanted me to pay $3500 for new coils and they’re fine. Paid $425 and my unit is working fine!!!!!

Chris was awesome! He did everything he could to ensure my family and I were cool over the weekend when our blower motor went out! They are very affordable and respectful as well as knowledgeable! Definitely will use them for any future jobs!

My heat pump system needed to be replaced right when the temperatures outside were going to be at 80 degrees or more ! I received exceptional customer service from Melinda in the office who was very helpful in answering all the questions that I called her with daily! Also Doyle and Tim were very professional nice knowledgeable and helpful during the time they were at home installing the new unit!

They came out to do a home warranty job the technician wasn't even at my house 10 minutes before leaving and saying I needed a new ac unit. Never did any diagnostic testing. He pulled the fuse out of the unit breaker outside failed to tell me until I called 2 hours later when the temp kept rising in my house. My home warranty company has tried to call multiple times to get an update but no response and it been a week since they been out to my home worse hvac company ever.

I have been without air for 3 weeks and Fire and Ice has been out 3 times, and still not fixed. They can never work you in on a current day, it is always it will be tomorrow! The website says 24/7 but that is far from true, it doesn't matter. They will let the phone ring and ring. Very unprofessional! It is hot and they are not concerned they still don't have the air fixed. Office workers are rude, it is never their fault it's yours.

Have not had air in my home since May. Filed a claim with AHS. They sent this company. First, I never received a call to set up an appointment to check unit. I called them. They told me they received the order and will call to schedule an appointment. Never called, the technician called me and said he was in route and i was at work!!!!! That was a sign. Now, after coming out he said I need a control board. That was on a Friday. Of course since they say it was the weekend( website says 24 hour service) I was informed I would have to wait till Monday. Monday comes i call still put on hold. They had to search and find part. A week went by. They finally find it, get approval from AHS and order it. I was told 3 times, that upon tracking it is scheduled to be in this week. Tuesday or Wednesday. Nowwwwww it’s Friday or next week. This is an absolute nightmare and joke. I am over this and this company. Take heed!!!!! This is your warning!!! I am beyond stressed and displaced. Then I was told to go purchase window units!!! Really???? I guess they have access to my financial records

3 trips to my home to put refrigerant in before they decided there was a leak. After deciding my air handler needed to be replaced (which is completely covered by warranty company) I was billed 982$ because they needed to modify my ductwork because my air handler is no longer made. (My warranty also covers that). The office personnel repeat that they apologize but refuse to listen to any reasoning. I reached out to warranty company and i should have no bill for this according to them if this was coded and billed correctly. After multiple calls asking them to resend the work order to the warranty company and explaining to them what the warranty company needed, I was told i was being hateful for asking why they won't help. This company is not one I'd recommend to anyone. Same old story of charge as much money as possible to not only the warranty company but the customer as well. Stay far away!

I would highly recommend this company. From the very first call to schedule the appointment Lacie was very nice and and Eric came out to diagnose and was very knowledgeable thorough and very friendly and professional. Then Trent and another technician I didn’t get his name came out and installed the part was very nice and professional. This company hires people that knows their stuff and Fire & Ice stands behind their work. Great friendly professional company

Very professional and knowledgeable, I purchased a maintenance package at a more than reasonable price. Called back after scheduling and said I needed a filter vent installed as well. Just a true professional does, company says we will do that and since I had purchased a maintenance package, they would sale vent at cost and no labor.
The technician called giving me a 15 minutes heads up, arrived on time, completed work, and even give some pointers on how to maintain a healthy AC unit. Highly recommend and thankful for their professionalism

Doyle was nothing short of amazing, he came out extremely last-minute to check our heating when it was 13° outside come to find out our HVAC cop fire somehow and our unit was no longer any good. Within 24 hours him and his crew came and installed a new HVAC, a new unit and re-wrapped all of the air duct in my home putting us back in our home the next day. The service has been nothing short of amazing, and we are very satisfied with the People and the unit

Use this company! Amazing, knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. We had our massive package unit go out and two guys came out and got it removed and a new one installed in freezing temps in less than 5 hours, only taking a “break” to go grab a part they needed. They answered all of our questions and were sure to check everything worked before they left.

I would definitely recommend this company. Expectations were clearly set and the process was thoroughly explained to me. There was a slight disconnect in communication; however, I truly believe this was an one off situation as I was told that there were unforeseen staffing issues. When I did talk to the office staff, they were very friendly and showed concern for my needs every time. The technicians were professional and knowledgeable. They clearly explained to me what my issue was and what resolutions I had. Shoutout to Lewis for being awesome and enduring unbearable heat! I wish I could recall the other technician’s name but he was equally as awesome. The heat, coupled with the long shipping times for parts, could make for a less than lovely experience. However, with this company’s professionalism and obvious care for its customers, it made the process a breeze. Thank you!

This an updated rating. They impressed with a 5 for being timely but a 1 for their service. They are consistent and successful at being the botched mechanic of the AC business. I have endured with this company for 3 years, even with known customers dissatisfaction. I have them servicing 3 properties because they are prompt in their response. Despite repeated services and bleeding money without the units consistently performing as it should, I endured and figured maybe it's the unit and not the service even though at the time the units were less than 3 years old for 2 of the properties. I chose to go to HVAC school because it seemed that the techs were not able to properly diagnose systems the first time. Every year is a new problem.They have replaced, thermostat, the coil, the compressor and every year it is a new problem without a true solution for 3 years. Like clockwork the unit once again was completely frozen, coil, compressor, everything in ice. To be told another part should have been replaced at my request when they are the technician. Thankfully I am educated now on HVAC enough to know when I am being taken for my money. I have paid thousands because of their incompetence and my willingness to endure it. I have finally decided to move on with my business elsewhere. Fire and Ice is prompt in providing service. That is the hook, solutions to the problem is not it. In my opinion this company has perfected taking your money and finding ways to keep your business without a true solution. God bless you Fire and Ice. You will need it for your lack of integrity.

My air went out a couple of days ago and I contacted Fire&Ice to come out.. my service technician Doyle was amazing! My appointment was at 10am and he was there by 9:30.. told me that my fan motor went out and fixed it in a couple of hours! My AC is running like new and blowing colder than ever! Super polite, knowledgeable, fast and helpful! Never used FIRE&ICE before but from here on out this will be my go to company! Even the people at the office was nice and helpful! Would recommend 100%! Thank you FIRE&ICE!!!!!

Terrible. Wrong diagnosis. Never could get our system fixed—6 weeks!!! Called a reputable company and they had it fixed in under an hour.

Tech “Zach” gave a 30 minute heads-up prior to arrival. He arrived on time and was quick to access the problem. The issue was resolved with no additional findings. You can tell when a person has a good upbringing. Very courteous and respectful. I’m going to if needed request him to service my home repairs in the future. Great job Zach!!!

I have used Fire and Ice for almost 5 years now. They have replaced 4 units in my business. Doyle is the technician we have dealt with consistently and is AMAZING! He does our summer and winter checks to make sure everything is running at peak performance!

I have used Tillery Heating and A/C for years and they have always done a great job for me. They recently installed/upgraded the A/C unit in one of my rental properties. They were prompt and completed the job quickly and professionally. We are very pleased with the results and will be using them for all HVAC services in the e future.

Tillery Heating and Air Conditioning is the best HVAC. Their expert, Phillip, installed my Trane HVAC, and it has been working fine for 15 years. I am completely satisfied with the service. I have consistently had a positive experiences and highly recommend this company.
