Middle of the summer and they were able to get to my house within the hour. Unit was fixed within 2 hours of me making my initial call!

The guy that was on call on Wednesday November the 13th was extremely rude. He wanted to know why I was just now calling at 7pm with an issue.... That sucks. He said he’d only been there 6 months. He said his name was Lee. Maybe it was Richard. He sounded more like a Richard.

Great technicians!!! Explained everything and made sure the new system was working properly before they left. Didn't leave a mess and cleaned up as they went. Highly recommended!!!

A return customer who will no longer use them. Called multiple times to get air conditioning repaired on the hottest days of the year on Sunday. Left message on service line with no one calling back. Had to call them multiple times to see if they would repair. Finally came out Monday afternoon and needed motor which of course they didn't have and needed to get from Atlanta. Called THEM on Tuesday and found out motor there. No one called to say it was in or when they would be out. Gentlemen asked me when I wanted it installed and stated it was rather hot and he'd try to find someone to come out Tuesday. No one ever showed up. Wednesday morning finally installed. Asked for 10% discount per page and service tech had no knowledge so I got NOTHING. I need a new unit but I won't be going through them.

Needed to replace and old a/c. Tillery quoted a new unit at a very reasonable price. Since I have been using Tillery for 20 plus years at both our residence and vacation home I accepted the quote. Tillery installed the unit the next day and did their excellent job as usual. We will be using Tillery Heating and Air for any future needs because it is an excellent company with long time professional employees. We highly recommend them.
