Drew came on time and kept us updated. He was able to quickly repair the issue within a few minutes. He was very professional, knowledgeable and nice to us. He took time to explain everything to us. We were very pleased with our service from Myers Comfort.

The technicians were at my home for my scheduled appointment on time and were able to complete my winter tune up in short order and left the house clean when all of the work for the inspection and tune up was completed. Thank you!

They installed a garbage disposal. Explain it a little small than the on I had. This would give more space under my sink. They were very professional. I would call them again.

I paid $2,200 for a whole new unit for my upstairs a/c for a so called leak a month ago and a tech comes back out two weeks later and tells me they didn’t even fix the leak! So it’s still over 100 degrees in my house and I’m still waiting on them to come do the job I paid them for. This company is by far the worst in Alabama!

Chett came out for several items today. He and his apprentice did a great job and were attentive to all of my concerns. Thanks again for going above and beyond to resolve my issues.

They had the hardest time. 6 visits, 2 came twice. Most were young and very professional, just needed a mentor. My heat and air got fixed. They kept my house from burning down. Weird wiring and a burned up breaker.
It was a hard job, but I recommend 100 percent. This is due to diligence and dedication. Sometimes we need time to slow down and develop our talents. Kindness matters.

I had a pipe drainage issue. I called American Home Shield and they had Myers Comfort Specialists come out to look at it. The technician said the pipes needed to be jetted with a camera from the roof of the house. I called Roto Rooter and they strongly advised me against letting anybody with such a prognosis near the house. Myers Comfort Specialists estimated the cost would be $750-1,000. Roto Rooter fixed it for $206. Once again I wasted $125 to get AHS to send someone out to fix something that allegedly wasn't covered by the warranty. Next time, I'll just call Roto Rooter and save myself some money. By the way, the problem was that roots were getting into the pipes. Within an hour or two, the job was completed.

The technician that came out made it very known that he was in a hurry to go home.. He did nothing and did not fix the issue or properly troubleshoot. He provided no paperwork and he referred me to an electrician. I have two kids and in a 2000 sq feet home with no heat in the winter.. Very disappointed in Myers because I’ve done business with them before and they are usually very diligent.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Our water heater tank cracked. We needed a new water heater in the home we own. Called american home shield, they sent Myers. Myers verified that the tank was cracked and water heater needed to be replaced, along with $1500 of unnecessary "modifications" that we would be required to pay out of pocket before they would come replace the water heater. Got a second opinion to verify our original issue and, wouldn't you know it, we needed a water heater! Myers REFUSED to install just a water heater because they weren't making diddly. They even stooped so low as to offer a "30% discount" due to my family being without hot water for A WEEK trying to work with AHS and Myers. Ended up canceling AHS and asking the "#2 at Myers" how he slept at night cheating families for a living. My husband and I replaced the tank ourselves in about 2 hours and $700.

This review is for the 2 guys who installed my hot water heater recently. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job, I have no complaints.

Recently purchased a premium home and it was diagnosed that the AC unit needed repair and servicing during the initial inspection. The original homeowner paid $1400 to service and address the issue. I moved in 2 weeks later and the AC unit was not cooling the house and was freezing up. I contacted the company to honor the work and they refused bc I was not the original homeowner despite the work having been completed only 2 weeks prior on the same address. Very grimy. I will never utilize this company moving forward.

Quick, thorough, good group of young men did a great job in every aspect of the job from removing old equipment and replacing with the new to making sure everything was cleaned thoroughly and system cooling prior to leaving. Would recommend Blake and his crew without reservation. Thanks for the quick and thorough service.

The guys came yesterday as stated. Repaired leak and everything worked good overnight. Right now it is working as required. Thanks for your response. Techs were professional as usual. Good bunch of young men.

What I called for is what I got +more. The only "gripe" is they didn't clean the area where material fell from the vents.

Very quick response to a “ no heat” call. Owner himself helped me to get to the root of the problem and responded in person within hours of my call. He got us back up and running temporarily, then sent out a crew a few days later to complete a definitive fix to the original problem. All team members were super courteous and timely in their work. I couldn’t have asked for better service!
