Harrison Heating & Air came out within a few hours of my phone call, Ricky didn’t do a rush job but took his time to thoroughly investigate the outside and indoor units and diagnose the problem, and then they worked with me and my warranty company to get my claim processed. The fee was reasonable and the service was excellent. All in all, very happy working with Blake Harrison, Ricky, and Harrison Heating & Air.

A technician showed up within an hour of me creating the work order with the rental property we are leasing. He was very thorough with his investigation and troubleshooting of the problem. The tech left to go get parts and returned 40 minutes later, completed his work and got our AC cooling the house off again. I definitely recommend Harrison. Very satisfied with their professional service. It took only about 1.5 hrs for Ricky and his coworker to arrive from the time I contacted them. With the super hot summer sun, they are a lifesaver. Showed and explained to me how to do some regular maintenance. One wire was burnt with our unit and some freon was refilled. Immediate results of cooling down. The charge appears to be quite reasonable.
