After a bad start last week getting my a/c repaired, James Millhouse came today & immediately fixed the problem. He was professional and efficient and it ended up costing me much less than the issue that was originally quoted. I am so thankful for cool air!

Milton came out to do a routine checkup on our system in preparation for the winter months. He was very thorough and friendly. I would recommend everyone sign up for yearly maintenance on your A/C and heating systems.

Our technician was CBO. He acted in a professional manner. Came in and went right to the attic and did not rush through our heater inspections. It takes time to complete the inspections and I have had some companies that did not do a thorough job. He was very friendly.

Siubon was my service technician. He checked and told me what the problem was. Even though I didn’t like what I was hearing, he explained everything so I could make an informed decision. He was kind and considerate and very knowledgeable. Yes I would use his help again.

Mr. Siubon came into my home with respect. He was very pleasant and thank me for letting him come into my home.

Siubon was terrific. Came right on time (and called when is was on his way), did my semi annual check, and helped me with a filter issue. I put in this air conditioner about six years ago and have had nothing but great service from them since.

Luxuries has the most professional men working for the Montgomery department. We were out of heat and they sent a young man 30 year old Mr Edward to my house this night in the freezing cold and he us back on track in no time flat. He was extremely curtious and very professional, hie respect level was above and beyond, this is the type of young man I would trust with my wife or child and not loose any sleep over. When we think heating and air we think Luquire the name we trust, and depend on for our homes safety, when it comes to our heat and air. LUQUIRE ISNT JUST ANOTHER NAME ITS A FAMILY ORIENTED BUSINESS WITH A FAMILY OUTLOOK ON BUSINESS, MAKING EVERYONE FEEL LIKE FAMILY.

Aidin arrived to give excellent Service for our fall-winter heat check this morning. She was extremely professional polite and explained what she needed to do in layman's terms. She did not rush through her inspection and service procedures for the unit, and was very reassuring about the state of our heat/AC unit. Aidin is that 10-star experienced technician who is dedicated to optimal customer service! A gracious thank you, Aidin!

Longtime Luquire customer and once again very pleased with their timely response, professionalism, and excellent service. James arrived and diagnosed the problem within minutes. He had everything he needed including replacement parts on the truck and we were back in business within about 10 minutes. Thank you!

This review is from my wife, Deborah, and me. Two employees of Luquire- BLAKE and WILL- they were determined to finish the job. and did a fabulous job under challenging circumstances of installing a new hot water heater in our ATTIC. First of all, these two young men are ALWAYS punctual. Secondly, they demonstrated a tremendous WORK ETHIC as they had to install the water heater up in our attic and our attic fan was not working. Thirdly, they persevered when they realized that they needed a smaller part to finish the job. They left to go to the supply store to obtain the smaller part. They ENDED up going on a "scavenger hunt" to find another LUQUIRE truck that had the part that they needed. Finally, but MORE IMPORTANTLY - these two young men have RARE "people skills". They know how to explain things and they ask caring questions about our current status with my ongoing medical situation. I used to go up to that attic and check on the hot water heater as my father used to be a plumber up in Rome, Georgia for 43 years. He taught me a lot! My wife's family has used LUQUIRE since 1969. When we took over ownership of the old home in 1998 that we always have called - the WENTWORTH HOUSE- we retained our ongoing and reliable relationship with LUQUIRE. LUQUIRE has never disappointed us over the many decades. The latest interaction with BLAKE and WILL are proof of our reliable relationship with LUQUIRE that has now spanned five decades.
My wife and and I cannot thank BLAKE and WILL enough for their professional tradesmanship but better yet for just being "REAL" and "CARING"! BRAVO! BRAVO!

Mr. Souvannasing did a very good job communicating and explaining what was needed to be done. The service was completed quickly and he gave me some tips on how to maintain my system to prevent issues. I’m completely satisfied with the work that was performed.

First of all, I would like to say that I am very pleased with the service that Luquire provides. Siubon did my last service and he took the time to explain so much to me. Do you know how a heat pump works? Well I do, thanks to Siubon.

Mr. Milton is great! We love it every time we get him. He’s always done an amazing job for us and hope to continue getting him in the future. We wish him the absolute best because he has always provided the best!

Jim has done maintenance on my units for several years and has always been professional. He is always on time, very friendly and does a great job. Would recommend him to anyone. He is a great representative for Luquire.

Jay repaired my air and heating system on 12/11/2025. He diagnosed the system's problem by completing a thorough check of the system inside/outside. His work was exemplary and he had a pleasant customer services attitude while performing his job. I recommend he be consider for a bonus as an excellent employee representing luquire.

Milton with Luquire always does a great job and has helped us after hours as well! Everybody we have ever dealt with at Luquire have always been very helpful. I don’t trust anyone else to provide our HVAC service.

We have been using Luquire for many years. When we bought our new house in 2020, they put in all new HVAC and two new continuous water heaters. They did a great job. We have them all serviced regularly to make sure they are always in the best working order. Aidin has been our service technician for the HVAC system and is the BEST!!! She is always so professional and knowledgeable. She is kind, patient, and always willing to answer questions. Our plumbing guys, Blake and Will, are equally professional, kind and knowledgeable. We feel the Luquire has the best employees who make their company what it is today.
