This was one of the most well informed and educational service repairs I've ever had. As a learner, my technician Kyle explained how our unit worked (very informative) and then showed exactly where and how the function was failing. There was a delay in a part arriving, and I was kept abreast of the issue every step of the way. He was a genuinely nice person with an easygoing personality. The service did not take half as long as I expected, and I will definitely be requesting Kyle @DixieElectric in the future.

Responsive and professional! Got to us the same day. Dalton was professional, knowledgeable, and took care of our issue quickly. Gave us options, made sure his work was correct, and was a great representative! Couldn't have asked for better service. Price was very fair and reasonable.

Arrived quickly and provided clear explanations of how the process would go. Dalton was so good at explaining the problem with my water leak and did an excellent job in getting it fixed in 24 hours. Kudos to Dalton Bass and Dixie Electric and plumbing.

We had a couple of air-conditioning gentlemen come out yesterday, January 8, 2026. Give us an estimate on replacing the air-conditioning unit and the furnace or HVAC system within the home. One gentleman‘s name was Tyler. The other gentleman was Adam wonderful guys great information very knowledgeable and when we’re ready, we will definitely be calling Dixie. Thanks Dixie. I had pressure regulator installed in my supply line and failed expansion tank replaced (I had purchased a replacement tank). Plumber Dalton was personable and professional, answered all my questions, and completed the work in a timely and complete manner - no complaints. I had to reschedule the initial visit - no hassles. Check the website for coupons, found a 5% off for veterans/seniors there. Would use Dixie again.

Jamaris and Roy are a great partner team. Roy called this morning and ensured me that Jamaris was headed to my home to turn the water on after the tile guy had sealed my shower and had not turned the water on prior to installing the tile. Jamaris arrived pronto, brought his tools in, assessed the situation, and voila. He found a way to get into the walls without tearing the walls apart. Roy and Jamaris are the best. I am very happy with their attention to details and goals to please the customer. From now on, Dixie Electric, Plumbung, and Air Conditioning will be the company that I choose to service my home.

Roy and Jamaris were top professionals from the time of the call until the end of the in-person visit. They exhibited excellent communications about each aspect of the plumbing job. They worked as a team while drilling, digging, and removing debris, and replacing the p-trap. All in all, they were the best.

Dixie Team were very professional. I spent 3 weeks searching for various companies for my plumbing and electrical job. Dixie is the cheapest and best quality of all. I think that they do good job and maintain low prices due the fact that they are a large company. Tracy Bibss did my plumbing. John Jinright and Andrew did my electrical. They answer the phone quickly. Their specialist are skilled and polite.

Earlier today, Stephen Petty came to fix my Plumbing issue with my refrigerator. He was so kind and persistent and finally got the water and icemaker working. Thanks to him and then Nathan and Parker are coming by for electrical work. Dixie is the company I will be calling for all my electrical and plumbing needs!

My Mom had a new heating and air system put in her house and is very pleased with the results. She wants to make sure Dixie knows how much Eddie and Andrew were appreciated and how they worked very hard. Tracey Bibb Provided A1 Customer Service from the time he stepped foot in our home. This was our third call and they provided excellent service in the replacement of the handle on our faucet.
