The technician was on time, introduced himself and asked if there were any problems with the system that I was aware of. He went right to work checking the system inside and out and he explained his findings and let me know that the system was working properly and ready for the season. He was very professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

Hans initially came out after hours to take a look at our air conditioning unit. The issue told to us was the coil was bad and we needed a new one. Nothing about our unit. That was 5 days ago. To date the issue has not been resolved and we are out of $4100 with the same issue occurring. We are so disappointed and disgusted at how they have attempted to handle this situation. They have come out almost every day since except Friday, tho they say they did but nothing shows them coming on our camera system, to refill refrigerant, replace the coil with a new and allegedly replacing a valve. We are discussing our options with our credit card company AND legal representation.

Hans did a check up on my heater and was excellent. The tech was very informative and worked with me with my concerns. He was awesome.

Programmable thermostat from an Aug 2025 install had failed. Thirty minutes later, issue is resolved. Highly recommend for any heating or air conditioning repair needs. Used Hans for both residential and commercial applications for many years. Have never been disappointed.
