I called Han's Heating & Air last Thursday and James came out the same day to provide assistance. My a/c unit went completely out and he went above and beyond to get me the help I needed. They came out on today (Monday) and installed my new system. I am very pleased with their customer service. To go above and beyond to get me air was amazing.

The service was great. I had an issue and was fixed the next day. I recommend Hans HVAC business.

We had a wonderful experience with Hans heating and air. Hans replaced the entire system in our house after tornado damage. James was a pleasure to work with and Chris and the install team were professional and polite throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Hans Heating and Air!

Sawyer did an outstanding job assisting me with faulty thermostat. Was very professional and efficient, explained everything to me in great detail. Highly recommend him for any location or issue.

Had another company come out and look at our heating unit during the extreme cold we had. The unit was going into defrost and not heating the house until it thawed. They claimed they found $800 worth of issues that they wanted to replace in order to fix it. I had Hans come out as a second opinion and they found that it was simply a wire not connected correctly in the thermostat to make the heat auxiliary come on. Thank you for not being a company that takes advantage of people! Will use again!

We scheduled our annual service with Hans Heating and Air. Mr. Cannon was our technician and was very personable and knowledgable. He was very thorough in his inspection and service of our units. Mr Cannon was able to tell us some information about one of the units that we didn’t know and were surprised to hear. We are very pleased with the service provided by Mr Cannon and will continue to use Hans in the future!

While I did my first service thru HANS, that person came late and I was waiting for him for more than 15min and then for my 2nd home, when this guy came, he couldn't even wait 5more min as I was caught on the traffic. While rescheduled the same on other day banking my work for 2hrs and waiting for him, the CS said the van broke and he would be coming in another hr. Really very BAD service!! HANS will really loose business if it doesn't try to improve client's satisfaction!

Broken trust is why I left my previous HVAC service. I thought ya'll were different 🤔. Isolated rogue service tech trying to make a sale? Perhaps, but now I'm moving on in search of an old values service provider . Three stars 🌟 because until now, I've liked your service. $12k system replacement because you detected a leak that a second opinion revealed didn't exist...sigh.

Sawyer visited today to check our air conditioner. He arrived and was very friendly and went to work. We needed freon, which he added, and found that at a previous inspection our coil had been noted for repairs. He followed up with the office to schedule a time for this repair. I highly recommend their services. Their staff are very friendly and helpful and explain all they see and do.

Service is prompt, professional, reliable and reasonably priced. I have used this company for at least 10 years.

Jeff has come out to our house twice now and he found a leak in our AC unit and a few other things that people missed before! I highly recommend Jeff to do your work!! He’s very friendly and respectful !
