I am very impressed with Hans Heating and Air. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly, arrived on time, and explained everything clearly. The communication was excellent from start to finish and I felt I could trust them with my home. They were reliable, completed the HVAC seasonal inspection quickly, and the pricing is fair. I highly recommend HANS for any air conditioning repair or other HVAC service.

My experience with Chad AC Direct has been great. The first day I called I was given an appointment for the same day. Sonny came earlier than the appointed time and completely and quickly assessed what I needed, a new ac unit. My next pleasant surprise was that it would be installed in two days. I can’t find the names of the installers but thank you for a fantastic job.

Jacob was very thorough in his work.....he even offered to change a light bulb as he worked. Can't ask for a more personable experience

Jacob was great. Very pleasant and professional. We mentioned a problem with water dripping from the unit in our great room and upon his investigation we found a couple of issues that can be addressed to resolve the problem. Would like to see Jacob on any future service calls.

Moved into new house. Cat decided to get lost in walls behind HVAC system. Chad's worker found him very quickly. Cat is alive and well, but very mad.

I called the office late in the evening, Crystal answered right away. Crystal was very patient with me on the phone because I had lost my voice! Crystal asked questions to determine what could be needed and to make sure the technician had the parts on the truck. John came to confirm the problem, fixed the issue quickly, and was very polite. 10/10 recommend !!!!!! We have worked with Sonny in the past when we needed a new system. I have never had a bad experience with this company. We will continue to call Chad's.

Sonny was top-notch. He took time to discuss my particular needs as far as determining the size and features of mini-split that would serve my needs best. I would highly recommend him and his expertise to others.

We got a new ac installed by Chad. The first day they arrived and seemed a little unprofessional but did get the ac running. It took them from 9am to 10pm at night to get the ac running.

The original person who came to troubleshoot our issue promised us the “best option” which included a new ac an air scrubber and the spray foam. On the installation day they claimed not to know about the air scrubber the spray foam, or the fact that anything needed done other than the ac installation.

We were told by the technician that they would be out to finish the next morning first thing to finish the installation. However, they never came and when I called they claimed that it was between 5-8pm. Then at 4:00 they told us that they couldn’t come that day and moved us to Saturday morning. Saturday rolled around and we still did not have a technician as their “technician” was in the hospital. We had to call to get an update as the technician never showed and never updated us. When we got called back Chad did not know what else needed done, didn’t know which thermostat we wanted, and let me know he was going to try to get another technician out.

Overall Chads Ac is a great company to install and don’t try to sell you items you don’t need and work with your budget. I recommend communicating constantly with Chad to ensure your technician is actually doing the work you paid for and ensure to follow up early to confirm any appointments. I do recommend chads for this reason as other companies charge an arm and a leg and try to sell items you don’t need.

The technician arrived between the time frame he was scheduled to arrive. He performed the service on my system and found a problem. I was informed that I should be getting a call to schedule an appointment to have the system repaired.

Jacob came out to perform a routine maintenance inspection on our residential units. He was on time and thorough. He gave me a detailed status of my systems, with pricing options and a brief education on residential HVAC systems. This is my second experience with Chad’s and it’s been top notch every time. Highly recommended!!

Tim arrived on time, serviced existing unit (4 years old, built in 2000) and reviewed possible problems that may become an issue with the phase out of current Freon used. Serviced this unit at very fair price. Highly recommend Chad's AC Direct.
