We have been using Clark Heating and Air for approximately 5 or 6 years now, and have been impressed with the integrity and professionalism of every individual that has entered our home. Scott has provided excellent guidance on how to improve and maintain the systems within our home and recently Stacey and Justin replaced one of our systems. In addition to their professional and expedient work ethic, the concern and care they had for our home and belongings was noted and appreciated. In addition, we have always appreciated the efficiency of Melanie in the office - Always pleasant and informative. The entire organization has been a pleasure to work with and We look forward to a lasting relationship with the company.

James was the one who came out and fixed my hot water heater. He came out very quickly. He was nice respectful and extremely helpful. I love Clark heating and air and I would recommend them to anyone.

He was very nice. Turns out we needed appliance repair for our refrigerator but he was able to pull it out from the wall so we could mop the water from the floor.

Both Doug and Justin were AMAZING! They were kind, courteous and professional! We are grateful for their positive attitude and willingness to come twice on the sane day! Absolutely skilled professionals with a wealth of knowledge!

They came qiickly after my call. Explained several things gor me. Would definitively recommend Doug for any of uour needs.

Marcus responded timely, to an emergency plumbing issue I was attempting myself. He realized the previous compression ring indention was going to be an issue and needed cut the pipe. I would have tried it and had a leak. Glad I went with my gut - called a plumber.

My tubs stop draining, and they was able to determine the problem by inserting a camera into the pipe. Once they showed me the video, it was obvious that the cast iron pipe had a trench down the middle due to the previous owners using Drano, and other chemicals over the years.

Mr. Bobby Clark was extremely helpful in coordinating with the Insurance adjuster.

During this process of cutting into the slab to replace the old damaged cast iron pipe with new PVC pipe. Doug and Jeremy were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

I can honestly say that not only do I have two plumbers that I can call on for help, but I have made two new friends during this process!

I hired Clark’s Heating and Cooling to install a brand-new 3-ton A/C unit at my rental property on September 25, 2023. I paid nearly $10,000 for the install. Less than two years later, I discovered that the unit had been labeled with a replacement Freon using a marker, which raised concerns about proper installation and warranty compliance.

I have never authorized any other technician to work on the unit since installation. I reviewed the original invoice from Clark’s, and it lacks critical information — including the unit’s make, model, serial number, and refrigerant type. This lack of documentation has created confusion and made it difficult to verify what was actually installed.

When I contacted Clark’s Heating and Cooling to clarify what refrigerant was used and who marked the unit, I was met with unprofessional and condescending behavior by their manager. Specifically:
He repeatedly cut me off and accused me of “arguing” when I was calmly trying to explain the issue.
When I asked if it was standard practice to write on units, he sarcastically replied, “What do you want me to do teach you how to use a marker?”
He refused to accept that I had not authorized additional work and instead placed blame on me or unknown parties.

Only after continued questioning did he admit that it’s common for technicians to mark the unit with Freon type which is something I wasn’t aware of and should have been told at the time of install.

This interaction was not only unprofessional it was disrespectful and dismissive, especially considering I am a paying customer trying to protect my investment.

Gage came in identifying himself and why he was here. Put on shoe protecters. Explained purpose of service. Changed unit filter. Smiling kind and friendly. Thank you for the service received.

Landon Thompson did a great job trouble shooting my clients HVAC problem. He made the necessary repairs and I was very pleased with his knowledge and friendly customer service.

Had 2 service men show up. They worked to get my plumbing issue repaired and gave recommendations to prevent future issues. Happy with the results. Defiently recommend.

Paid over $4,000 for maintenance service that was diagnosed by the company and I still don't have air. Company has assured me every day for almost a week that the problem was fixed. Called customer service only to get a representative to say, if you get new parts it may cause other parts to malfunction. If a $4,000 part was not the problem why say it was? Very dissatisfied............

Jarvis was very courteous and went the extra mile to get some prices for the very odd sized filters we have for our return air vent. Many thanks to him.

Plumber showed up for a clogged drain and worked quickly to snake it and ensure the clog was gone. Easy to schedule with Clark and they were timely and priced fairly. Will gladly use again should the need arise.

Guy showed up early. Got straight to work got the problem solved and fixed quickly. Guys were very pleasant and professional. I would recommend him to go into anybody’s house and go to work.

Jason was excellent. He explained everything to me clearly and was very thorough with his repair, even checking out my entire system, to make sure that everything else was in good working order.

Called Clark to help fix an igniter issue with a tank-less heater and they came out within the hour and had everything repaired in 30 mins. Great company and technicians. Would recommend and use again. Thank you!
