Needed after hours plumbing services and was provided quickly and was very helpful.

Our home of 25 years needed 2 plumbing repairs. They were right on time at 8: am. They described in detail what had to be done. One of the repairs was in a very small tight place and I was concerned the repair could not be made unless major cur outs were made. They worked in the very tight place and the repairs are impressive. When I need my next repairs it will be with United Heating and Air.

We bought our unit about 12 years ago. We have been happy with them all these years. They come two times a year to tune up our A/C unit and always do a great job. We highly recommend this business.

I was somewhat pleased with the service. I had been told that United would remove the old unit but later said they would have to leave it in attic which is not acceptable.

United installed my new system several years ago. With the amazing warranty and maintenance agreement I have with them, I never have to worry about my system not working properly. The young man that does all the maintenance is very professional. Can also fix any issues that pop up. I highly recommend United Heating and Air Conditioning!

We were very satisfied with the service we received from United Heating and Air. I left a message after hours and was called back immediately the next day. The customer service was excellent and someone came out the same day to check our unit. It was fixed and our air was working as normal. I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone thats experiencing problems with their hvac system. Rating: 10 out of 10

Quickly came out and diagnosed our issue on a Sunday afternoon. We had pricing for the repair the next day with scheduling for the following morning for the repairs. The technician took time to explain the process and also gave some helpful advise to maximize efficiency of our AC unit.

First year warranty/installation check. The technician found and repaired several issues. Great work! Technicians flushed the water heater with ease that took about 10 minutes. That serviced was overpriced but the technicians did a great job!

Can’t say enough good things about United. Everyone we ever work with at United is friendly, accommodating, efficient, and honest. Josh and John are amazing techs and go above and beyond and have taken such good care of us. 5 Stars for United!

Our tehnicians were very friendly and very knowledgable. My husband was with them while they did the work we requested. He was very satisfied with everything they did.
We use your company annually to check our air conditioner/heating system. We have always been very satisfied with the person who does our service as well as with Ann, who sets up our appointments when I call to set them.

Aubrey was great. He communicated his arrival time, found a contact that was in need of replacement. Handled the repair quickly. Thoroughly checked the system making sure we were ready for the cold weather to come.

I had to wait a few days to get a technician out (not surprised as we’re in the AL summer season) but United got me in as soon as possible and upon arrival they already knew my issue and had a plan to troubleshoot. Minutes to diagnose, part was on hand and the unit was back up and runnning in minutes. Point of sale easy and invoice was in my inbox before they walked out the door. Highly recommend

They were able to get a tech here same day as I called. Fortunately they found no issues in the system. Tech explained what he'd done, above the searching the system.

Unfortunately, I had to make an after-hours call to United, but was pleasantly surprised at the kindness of the young man who came to my rescue. He had my issue resolved, and a long term solution quickly identified. The next day they somehow worked me in to their bust schedule for the permanent fix. I never write these reviews but had to give United props on this one. They have definitely earned my loyalty and praise!!! Highly recommend!!!

Technician was very professional. Called ahead of the appointment time to ensure someone was at home and he was ahead of schedule. This company has always been good with communication to the customer and their work is high quality. Very responsive when I have needed help. My AC quit working in extremely hot weather. Lots of AC problems in the area because of the extremely hot weather. I was very surprised that a technician could come out the same day. Problem was identified quickly and fixed. My house is cool again. Cannot thank United Heating, Air and Plumbing enough for their quick response. Price was very reasonable. I have been a customer for 13 years. This is my go to company for plumbing, heating, AC, and electrical work.

The technician let us know he was on his way, arrived promptly, and completed the heating check without delay. He also let me know our heating system was good to go. Very courteous and efficient service.

The two young men that came to do my service check was very friendly, respectful and professional, throughly explained and resolved the issue on 2/3/26.

To the driver of van #105 at the shell station off Taylor road in Montgomery this morning around 7:20-7:30... On behalf of me and all those who had to wait behind other cars to get fuel this morning, we would have greatly appreciated some common courtesy. Not everyone has spare time to wait on your breakfast break to end. With you not getting gas at all and taking your entire breakfast break at the gas pumps while others are waiting shows poor character. It seemed as if your coworker was repeatedly asking if you should take your break elsewhere even pointing to the side, but instead, you kept shaking your head while mouthing "no." I hope some day you realize the world doesn't always revolve around you. With that being said, I still wish you the best and may God bless you and all who surround you!
