A service manager was very kind and helped resolve the issue. Although it turned out whole unit had to be replaced after repeating visits, he patiently handled my complaint through the whole process. They are very reliable and have professional skills

The technician called before coming to verify I would be home, he showed up on time and was very professional and polite. I thought he did a great job. Very pleased with work he did. Would recommend them to anyone that needs HVAC work.

I am a service manager for a Multi-Family apartment community that was recently built. We had some warranty work done on mini-splits in our units. The service technicians were awesome, professional and on time. Shout out to Gio and Chris two of the technicians but there were more. I just interacted with them for a couple of days.

Please don’t waste time trying to “save money” by using random HVAC people; choose United Heating and Air and get true professionals who diagnose the problem and give you honest answers with fair pricing. And - when you need them in the middle of summer they SHOW UP!

I was called at the appointment time, the technician made me aware of the problem. The technician fixed the problem, told me the cost then took my payment info. He made me aware of the 30 days service guarantee and concluded the service call.

United delivered superb service. The office called me promptly at 7:30am and set my appointment time. The technician arrived on time and immediately went work. He repaired my a/c in about 30 minutes. He was very kind and knowledgeable of his craft. I can't say thanks enough.

Anthony was great and had me fixed up quickly and was prompt! He explained everything to me and answered all my questions so that I wasn't confused about anything! I will use them again! Great service across the board!

Corey Shaw arrived very professionally and diagnosed the problem with the HVAC system and promptly explained the situation to me where I could understand. In 20 - 25 minutes he had the problem rectified, and the unit working properly. I was very impressed with the personality and professionalism of Mr. Corey Shaw and would definitely use this company again, if needed.

Our AC went out and United was able to send someone out to check it out within hours. Robert came and figured out what was wrong, clearly explained it, and fixed it. Very kind, courteous, quick service. Highly recommend United Heating and Air to anyone!

I have used United Heating & Air to service my home and business air conditioning needs since returning to Montgomery, Alabama in 2017. We have a 16 bed veterans housing program to assist transitioning, homeless and distressed veterans and United Heating & Air has kept them warm during the winter and cool during the summer. Having 16 residents and keeping them comfortable is not easy, but thanks to United Heating & Air we have managed affordably. They are always there when they say they will be and they’re professional about their service. And I can’t say enough about how professional Anthony was during our last visit 3 days ago. If you have air conditioning and/or heating problems your first call should always be United Heating & Air.

Phillip and Taylor (Electrical) provided excellent service with the installs. They were so pleasant and very professional. Carson and Chris (Plumbing) were also very pleasant, very efficient and professional.

A routine maintenance check of our unit was conducted. The technician was professional, polite and knowledgeable of his duties. He changed all the filters and wrapped the outside pipes. We were very pleased with the results of his job. I hate I cannot remember his name I am terrible and really hate that. But I hope we get the same tech again. Great job!
