Our heat went out after hours. Called and their service answered. They had someone out first thing in the morning. Quickly fixed the problem and also informed us it was covered under warranty without asking! Great job!

Thanks so much for your prompt service (plumbing issue). Y’all came out the same morning, and they did not think it was a plumbing issue, but a roof issue instead. Workers were very nice and professional, and we appreciate their timely response. Unfortunately, roof people came out and said it was not a roof issue, but a plumbing issue. 🤷‍♀️ Since it wasn’t raining at the time, it was hard to tell. Guess we’ll have to wait til it rains again, and hope someone can get here then. 😊 Ann is the best-so nice and helpful on the phone!

Josh from United Heating and Air showed up to fix my issues with my air conditioning unit and water pump and did a excellent job. Parts had to be ordered for the water pump amd since it was still under warranty he made the call and ordered what was needed. He was on time, fast, friendly, informative, and professional. I'm very pleased with the service I received.

I called United for plumbing repair on three bathroom faucets. Each faucet was ecstatically in good shape but needed new internal parts. I am very pleased with results. Very professional and efficient. A little expensive but was well worth the result. Took about an hour to repair.
