I have used Dixie in the past. The Tech was very nice to work with and provided an estimate for the work I needed to be done. The price was a little out of my budget so I plan to get another estimate before making my decision. I will use Dixie if the next estimate is the same or higher. Very nice company to work with.

Adam was great as usual. We have the comprehensive service plan for garage doors, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. So our semi-annual checkup is covered by it. Their service is top-notch, and everyone we have interacted with, and I mean everyone, has been great. Good customer relationships, and competent service technicians. He walked me through every step, even showing me live readings on his instruments so I understood exactly what was happening. He documented everything with photos of each component, giving me confidence that my system is finally in good hands. Joe was a very polite and professional young man! Joe was thorough in troubleshooting the unit and made positive decisions on his approach to problem solving! He found a potential problem but could not thoroughly investigate the problem because the HVAC unit needs to defrost before further diagnostics can be performed! Joe followed up with a top to bottom inspection of the unit and made his recommendations and then contacted Brandon Blackwell to follow up and give us quotes on want the potential repairs would be! I was very impressed with Brandon’s professionalism and knowledge he was very thorough and up front in his development of his quotes on the job that needs to be done!!

Quick response. Very professional. Had a big leak right infeont of my front porch this morning flooding my yard and flowing into my neighbors yard. Dixie was able to get the leak fixed in just a couple hours. First attempt to fix it didn't work, but the technician tried again and got it done right. I will absolutely call them again.

He replaced several electric wall plates, replace light switch in one of bathrooms and demonstrated a high level of knowledge and professionalism throughout the job. Dixie Electric had a very quick response time and made me feel like a priority. Their Plumber Dewayne was phenomenal. Found out the problem super quick and even checked to make sure there wasn’t any other issues. Gave me several options to move forward. He was very friendly and polite. Will definitely call Dixie again next time I have any issues.

We have used Hans Heating & Air for a number of years. They were recommended to us by a friend when we were new to the area. They have always been honest, professional and reliable. When our AC died 8 years ago, they were honest and said that our inside unit was only 3 years old and didn't have to be replaced. So they just replaced the needed section and saved us thousands. We have them do preventative maintenance twice a year. Have never had any problems. They are on time, friendly and very thorough. Highly recommend.

We experienced complete failure of our air system, beginning with a leak in the air handler in the attic, and eventually the compressor and fan in the outside unit. Zac and Braxton were the consummate professionals, especially removing and replacing the unit in the attic in the 100 degree heat!! And, responding to the outside unit failure after hours to keep the young family comfortable for the night, until the unit replacement could be completed the next day. Outstanding service and professionalism!!! Thank you so much!!

Called them out for service and water backing up in system. Hans came out service unit told me outside need unit need cleaning, did preventative maintenance and said he unstoppable drain. Water was running on floor again called after hours left message with call service representative no one called back. I called again around 9:00 pm got a call back from servicer he stated it was my drain needed to be replaced. Told he to remove the kill switch and that will prevent unit from turning off. Didn't work. He also told me they change 135.00 to correct design of drain. They came out redid drain that didn't work another service technician came out said the second guy didn't do the drain correctly he fixed something but I still had the issue with water backing up they came out a fourth time told me it was the house drain I needed a plumber. They poorly design a drain I didn't need that looks like something a 5 year old did.
