Aiden is the technician that comes out to service my Heating system in the fall and my AC in the spring. She does a thorough job each season. I trust her to do the maintenance with professionalism and knowledge. When ever something different has to be done she explains each step and shows me what has to be done. And thankfully she does it in a way that I can mostly understand what is being done. Lol. She is friendly yet very professional. I have used Luquire for many many years and have no reason to change. I also use them for any of my plumbing needs also. I guess you can say Luquire feels like part of my family. Thank you Aiden and Luquire,

We’ve used Luquire for the past 15 years or so and have always been happy with the results. From the scheduled inspections to unit replacement, we’ve done it all.
In particular, I have confidence in their technician, Milton, that he will catch any pending issues during the inspections. He is always personable and friendly while also professional and knowledgeable. You can tell he know exactly what to look for and understands the customer. Milton is a great representative for the Luquire name and brand.

I have used Luquire a number of times in the past and services have been great. Aiden called and came out a little ahead of my scheduled appointment in which I really appreciated. I was very pleased with her professionalism and expertise doing my fall maintenance. A great member on your team.

I had some plumbing issues (leak in the slab) and Luquire came highly recommended. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful! Tina made answered any question I had and made sure I knew what was going on. Ken and Peyton came out and routed a pipe for me and were both very sweet and trustworthy. Definitely recommend Luquire!

I recently had a drain that did not work with a hvac unit that was only about 15 months old. The water messed up a large portion of my flooring in several rooms. I contacted Luquire , they sent Billy Gibson to check things out. He was great in explaining everything to me and advising me as to what could be done to resolve the problem. Within a few days he sent Seth to fix the problem. He was very professional, explained everything he did to me and answered all my questions. I have already signed up for the unit to be checked out next year. They are the BEST!!’

My appointment was to review estimates regarding comfort toilets and transferring toilets. The staff was very knowledgeable regarding products and pricing. I was very pleased with the outcome.

Mr. Joe from Dixie came out to check on a problem toilet and was great! He explained everything well, made sure I understood, and did quick work. Mr. Joe was honest about the cost from the beginning and explained all the possible problems before he started the work. He was very kind and I’ll be calling again for any other problems.

Nathan and Parker were great, professional and went above and beyond the call of duty! They provided multiple options for replacement of our floodlights for the future, and had the current ones repaired in no time at all!

Bryce has responded to two emergency calls at night for us now, and he is always very calm, thorough, and reassuring to us when we are concerned about an issue. We feel like we are in good hands and our home is safe when he is done with his extensive troubleshooting. Thanks for understanding our issues and providing great solutions and advice!

The plumbing technician was on time and made an accurate diagnosis. However, he was not able to make the repair. He turned off the water, located the issue. and informed me that the problem was outside of his scope of expertise. The surprising issue was he wanted $650 to turn the water back on and cap off the system head. A 15 minute job at Best. Sorry, but I found that to be somewhat offensive to my intelligence. He kept insisting that his company informed him to charge me the $650 to cap off my sprinklers. Fortunately, I have a Sprinkler System specialist who services my system and was available the next day. I did however, pay him the $69 nonrefundable service fee, even though he was not able to make the repairs.

Had a major leak under my kitchen sink. I started working to see I could do it on my own. Once I saw how bad it was and not enough youtube videos or time to fix it. Called Dixie. Came in a decent time. Dalton was professional and got it fixed. Thanks Dixie

Dixie Electric, Plumbing, & Air, more specifically their Plumbing Technician DeWayne Poitevint was here at my house today for a main cut-off valve leak at my street box. He was very friendly and was a professional customer service representative of the company! He did an excellent job and was very timely, arriving early as well as finishing fast!

John was amazing! He put my mind at ease as soon as he touched the outlet. He was on time, and he fixed my issue with ease. Great job!

I have wanted a gas stove for years. But there was no line in my house. Dwayne and Linny were on time, quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. They gave me a quote and answered my questions and put us at ease right off. We went ahead on the spot. Our pup even enjoyed having them come by. Awesome team work! and I have worked with many teams over the years. Seamless.

Roy Overton was friendly and professional. It was raining but he didn't seem to mind. It was an outside job. He was only to let me know what the problem was and would get back with me Monday concerning the repair. I can only reply to his decisions at this time. I have to reply on the repair later.

Part 2: Tuesday the technicians came out to repair my water pipes. I have the galvanized steel pipes which was used in my home built in 1959. I had a major leak which all had to be replaced with PEX or PVC pipes. It only took them half a day which I thought would be an all day job. I cannot remember the Technican's name. He was very nice, friendly, and courteous. They guarantee their work which is a plus. I cannot speak on the price because I don't really know what the price should be this type of job. I was given some discounts which I am thankful for. Overall I will say it was a job done well far as I can tell for now and would call on them again.

Best experience in customer service with Byron. He fixed the problem, which was a washing machine drain pipe, and he was very professional and pleasant, a rare thing nowadays. With service and pleasant customer service I will continue to use Dixie.
