I HAD CALLED TO GET 3 OUTSIDE WATER FACET CHANGE AND THEY GAVE THE ESTIMATE OF OVER $650.00. THE MATERIAL WAS ONLY $65. REST WAS LABOR. THINK BEFORE YOU CALL. THEY WILL ALSO CHARGE YOU $ 60.00 ESTIMATE CHARGE. IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE CHARGE THEN YOU PAY $60.00

Thieves!!! Who comes out to your house after you tell them you have a leak and charges $75.00 just to walk around with a flashlight for 5 min. Tell you they will be back with you within the week, just to never hear or see them again. Awful company!

Bill Bradley has always been very dependable and has excellent customer service from answering the phone to service after the sell! I also would recommend Aubrey as a True service professional.

Emergency after hours call. Within 1.5 hours after being reported by the tenant, the issue was resolved thanks to Kindle and Gary at Bill bradley. Outstanding services and extremely knowledgeable.

These guys were amazing. We had a catastrophic water line break that was further complicated by brickwork and a massive oak tree. They kept a positive and professional attitude even though the project was physically exhausting. I highly recommend them.

Will Imbusch is very knowledgeable and professional. He is a joy to work with on ang plumbing and HVAC needs I have had.. They not only do excellent work but also stand by their work. I would not use anyone else. I have been using them for years and have never been disappointed.

I rec'd service from this company three week ago. Pay about $500. The service only lasted for three weeks. The Tech could have told me that ,this service is no good. Then they will quote you for a new unit that is a Joke!!!! and stated that the parts to replace it is no longer stole. This is a Lie!!!!! I will never use this service again!!!! Please donot make the same mistake!!!!!!! Very, very, very disappointed.

I've been a customer of Bill Bradley Services since about 1988. They've replaced A/C units, water heater, and numerous plumbing calls. Always professional and top notch technicians. Best place to call for your heating, plumbing, and A/C needs. Remember, "Come fix my home Bill Bradley".

1 star review because you can leave a 0 star review. Guy shows up to inspect my a/c. Gauges show zero pressure, you need a new unit he says to me.

I told him to leave and I'd call someone who would actually figure out what is wrong with the unit and why it needs replaced. Well to make a long story short, he recharges the unit, tromps around for a half an hour checking for leaks. And leaves without doing a performance check of any kind.

He trys to talk me into buying a new unit while I am writing the 500$ cheque.

45 minutes after he leaves a/c is not working well. I walked outside to inspect the unit, and I can hear freon leaking over the unit running.

Shut off the unit, and freon is leaking very loudly. This guy would have noticed this while charging the unit.

He told me several times he could not gurantee the freon, and tried to sell me a new unit several times. Which leads me to believe he knew the freon was leaking.

Thieves, or idiots. Either stay away from these jokes.

They also quoted me 8000$ to install a new unit.

Sorry but I could buy 2 units, and everything I need to install them, and do it, and still have about 4k left over.

I called this 'business' 36 hours ago because of a leaking shower. I was told that they would have a technician call when they were in route. Well as I stated after 36 hours I have not heard from the 'business" at all. Don't understand how they have an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. Must be a pay to play program.

We have used Bradley plumbing Heating and AC for a good while now. They ARE the only ones that we will call. The gentleman that work there are the best.

I don't know how this company's service is because I scheduled an appointment between 10 and 1 and no one ever showed up. When I called at 1:45 to make sure I had the date right (I did), I was offered to reschedule. As appealing as it sounds to waste more of my time, I had to decline.

If you’re on a budget, this isn’t the company for you. I called needing someone to check out duct work for leaks and repair a leaking water line in the attic. A/C Tech shows up, doesn’t find anything wrong with the duct work, changed the air filter (using one we had), and afterwards charged me $135 to basically look in my attic and change an air filter. It was a $70 charge just for him showing up and $65 to look in the attic and change an air filter. Afterwards, I almost canceled the plumber, but decided to go ahead for the sake of convenience in not having to find/schedule someone else. It was $208 to replace a T and less than a foot of pex pipe, which was probably $5 in materials. The plus side is that they do show up quickly. The downside is that their prices are ripoffs. You’re basically backed into a corner because they’re charging you just because they showed up so you might as well have them make the repair. I won’t be using this company again for that reason.

Also wish I could leave a zero star review. My tenant called for services. They wouldn’t talk to her because she’s not the owner. They call me and I tell them I’m not sure what the problem is (I live in a different state), so I ask they call my tenant and then call me back for payment. The rude lady on the phone wasn’t willing to do that without payment up front. How can you run a business like this? You’re implying you don’t trust a customer before you even establish a relationship. Why should I trust YOU then with my payment information? You deserve the bad ratings you have.

Aubrey and Aubrey did a great job servicing my AC unit. They went through good troubleshooting techniques explaining to me what they were doing and taking their time. They changed the A/C contactor and its running cold air better than ever and we've been in the house 5 years!
