This team is excellent. They communicated well with us and provided superior service. All of the staff are friendly and I was very comfortable having them in our home. We like them so much we decided to become a regular client so that they can service our heat and air twice a year. We are thankful to have them so close.

Hunter showed up immediately when we called on a Sunday and 3-day weekend. He figured out the outside air unit had two bad capacitors. Had the parts on the truck, replaced and checked out the freon etc... Very professional. Will call again! Thanks Hunter!

These guys I can depend on. Anytime I have a problem with my walk-in freezer etc these guys squeeze me into their busy schedule and get me taken care of right the first time.

We paid 100 bucks for the tech to tell us what we already knew. Then after a week ,and call after call they Finally sent a quote that was over a thousand dollars over what another company quoted ( got the competitors quote in an hour ). If there was an option for 0 stars ,that's what I would have given... very disappointed in the level of service provided.

A+ service from Aire Serv of Wetumpka and Tallassee! Skinny and Trey were very professional while fixing up our air conditioning unit, suggesting a hard start kit installation and doing some other minor tweaks to extend the life of our HVAC unit. We were super happy and bought their tune up plan to keep our system running safely and efficiently.

I contacted Kevin Henderson because he was recommended to the company I work for, we need some HVAC repairs at one of our locations, I emailed him to go look at it and give us a bid for repairs which he said yes but then he kept changing the day and never contacted me to let me know he could not go, I have to email him and good luck if he replies.
Just waisted our time.
Why not just say I could not go. I was there waiting while I could just look for someone else.
And again, I insisted because he was recommended to us but he clearly doesn't want to work and has poor communication skills.

Hunter was amazing! He got here within 15 mins of the call and went above and beyond. He found the issue and got everything turned on and then looked for an underlying issue and fixed it too so we wouldn’t have future problems! If the owner sees this you should know Hunter is representing your company well and I plan on referring everyone to you!

The HVAC Teck was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything and performed in a professional manner. I will be sure to add your number to my contacts and will keep you in mind for my yearly unit check and any further problems that may occur.

I called Aire Serv to come out too figure out why my central AC stopped working. They said it needed a new compressor at the cost of $3600. My unit is almost 11 years old. I thought this was rather expensive. 3 days later I researched the cost of a new compressor. To my surprise right around $1000. Hmm so they want $ 2600 to install. Google shows 4 to 6 hours labor. $2600 divided by 6 hours = $433 hour. Yes I know there would be other costs like adding Freon. Can we say RIP-OFF !!!!!! YES WE CAN
