We had a great experience with Aire Serv in the past, but our recent interaction was very disappointing. When it came time to replace our other unit, we scheduled and confirmed the installation in writing, stating we would either pay in cash or finance. However, on the morning of the installation, we received a text saying it had been rescheduled for the next day. This was really inconvenient for us, as we have work commitments. When I called to inquire, I was told the delay was due to our failure to confirm the appointment, which was not mentioned in the original appointment confirmation. I was then informed that it was also because we seemed unsure about the payment method. The owner, Kevin, was extremely unprofessional in his demeanor. He spoke to me in a disrespectful manner and ultimately hung up on me after saying he never had the necessary parts. This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with a business, and I cannot recommend them at all.

Victor Jones and Will Abbot did an excellent job with cleaning out the AC ducts. They were both professional and efficient on time.

Professional work. Took slightly longer than predicted, but that was because some duct work had to be modified. Other than that, removal and installation was done in around 6 hours

He was very knowledgeable and professional. Aire Serv had recently bought the company from the previous owner but they honored the warranty with no problem. Very happy with the service from Hunter and the new Aire Serv company.

The two guys that came to clean our dryer vent were super friendly and professional. They were very efficient and made sure they did the job right. I appreciate them doing all the could to make sure it was cleaned properly and done to expectations. The price was reasonable and not as expensive as other quotes I had gotten. I would definitely recommend this company.
