I recently had CJ Arnold from Dixie plumbing and electrical come out to inspect my ceiling fan, and he provided outstanding service. He quickly diagnosed the issue and informed me that the motor was beyond repair. On top of that, he went above and beyond by performing a complimentary inspection of my circuit breaker, ensuring everything was in good shape. CJ was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate his honesty and attention to detail. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of electrical services.

I was very impressed with Granger mannerisms: very polite, courtesy and went above explaining what I had going on with my heat and air unit. Gave me different options but expressed what were best for the long term. I will give him a 110 rating!

We had quite a large problem with our HVAC and the care and empathy both of them had to inform us of our situation and provide options couldn’t have been better. Timothy’s 14+ years in the field showed off and John’s detailed explanations of what was included in our service helped my wife and I both navigate a big project with knowledge.

We could not have been more pleased with Cameron Williams in the service center who came to our rescue today. After a broken water line on a Saturday afternoon, we were sent great information before the arrival of Mr. Williams and were notified when he was in route as well. He did nothing but a professional job and we could not give a hire rating for the quality of their work and their customer service. Nothing but outstanding here.

Super good experience. Arrived on time, got the problem diagnosed quickly. Will definitely use again in the future if the need arises.

Zackary Richards did an outstanding job on cleaning out my sewage pipes and uncovered some future issues that will eventually involve the city. Zack and his assistant, Jacob, were very professional, friendly and answered every question I had. I am extremely satisfied with their work!!!

Erin on the initial intake line was very kind! She worked with us and was able to get a technician out within 30 minutes of the call.

Zack was very knowledgeable and kind to me and my family! He serviced us in the Tuskegee area and helped with our heating unit and water heater. He was accommodating when the issue turned into an electrical one instead. We will certainly recommend the business to others!

Timothy was like Santa Claus the day after Christmas! He arrived 30 minutes after our call for help! He diagnosed our issue with our H/A and had the part on his truck! No service fee because we have a Dixie Electric contract! Parts only and under $250 to have heat again! Thank You!!!!

New customer and came out same day for fluctuating hot water from a Navien water heater system! A part was replaced, but ultimately didn’t fix the problem. Called next day, Drake came out again within a couple of hours, replaced another part without additional charge, and so far so good!

Ben and Ryan were fantastic. We had a complicated problem and they troubleshooted with us and helped us understand the issue we faced. We are so grateful for their expertise and professionalism. Will love to use them again and recommend them to friends!

7/21/25-Ben came back today for a completely separate issue and let me just tell you I will keep going back to Dixie because of him. He’s so kind, knowledgeable, and amazing technician. 10/10 recommend Ben!

8/26/25 - Ben the Superman and his team came back to work on a plumbing problem that has been giving us the run around for months, but we think we may have found the solution now. We love Dixie and Ben and all the guys who came to help us!

Zach was incredible. He came out 2 times, second time on short notice before the holidays and went above and beyond to fix our problem. Extremely professional and knowledgeable, I would recommend Zach for any of your plumbing needs.

They worked us in on a Saturday when the company we contacted the day before never showed or called. Charles was very polite. He did an excellent job discussing everything with us and got our leak fixed quickly.
