We are very pleased with the service from Farnell. We had a number of issues with our air conditioning and were referred to Farnell. After some troubleshooting with them, they got us squared away with a new system and it hasn’t given us any trouble.

Absolutely had a great experience. Put the cry out on Facebook when I couldn't find a commercial refrigeration company to service my equipment. Amy responded immediately! So helpful and professional in every way. The service technician was also knowledgeable and super friendly as well as really customer oriented. Absolutely would recommend this company to anyone!

Making the appointment was easy. Service guy called to let me know he was on the way and what time he should be here. Very nice people to deal with.
