I am so grateful for the incredible service I received from Metro Climate Systems & Refrigeration. The first time I called I spoke directly to Paul, the owner. He was professional, knew that I had an issue that needed immediate attention and had his guys there promptly! They made sure to run all of the diagnostics before jumping to any conclusions about what the problem could be. Their team has the knowledge, experience, and professionalism that every company should strive for. I will absolutely use him again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an HVAC company in the Auburn, Opelika, or Columbus to use him as well!

Paul and his associate responded quickly to our call. We have a very old A/C compressor unit that, while still running, has gotten very loud. I appreciate that Paul recommended some options for making it quieter and didn't just suggest that we need to buy a new system. We had him replace the fan and motor, which definitely made a difference and will allow us to postpone the big investment a bit longer.

I give Paul and his crew a 5 star. They are very professional and work in a timely matter. My air unit was cooling .I called to schedule for the next day but he was like no we will be there soon as possible. They came and fixed the issue and now my home is like ice. I recommend this company any day.

I spoke with Paul midway through the day and he was kind enough to fit me in their schedule! The technician that came by, Dale, was friendly, professional, and worked very quickly. He went above and beyond by checking my outside unit under an umbrella since a rainstorm cropped up right after he arrived, and was mindful enough not to track mud back into my trailer. He had the part needed to fix the unit on his truck; so about 2 hours after picking up the phone I'm sitting in a cool, comfortable house. Pricing is fair and actually less than what I was expecting to pay.
It's great to see a local business offering such quality service, and I'm glad to know who to call the next time I have an HVAC issue or need regular maintenance.

I needed to replace my 23 year old heat pump and air handler so I got with Paul from Metro Climate Systems. He gave me a great price quote and set up a time for it to done. Paul and 2 others came with the new system at the scheduled time. They finished up a lot faster than I thought they would being that the air handler was in a hard-to-get-to cramped space. They cleaned up the areas where they worked when finished. Best of all, the final amount I paid in total came out to the quoted price. Paul was very easy to work with and I recommend him if you're looking to replace your HVAC system. I have had the system for 2 months now and everything has been just fine.

I discovered Metro Climate Systems with an Internet search along with several others. Paul responded immediately! He came out to my Mother's house and quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a very reasonable estimate that happened to be the lowest. We gave Paul's company the job and the work was professional, quick and high quality! I live in Atlanta and My Mother (who is 90 years old) lives in Columbus, so finding a company to trust was highly important to me. Paul is unlike the others he works hard to make sure the customer is satisfied with their work. Let’s be honest you can’t find that kind of work ethic anymore.
He explains everything thoroughly. He put in a new unit and all new duct work for us Also , in the other side of our home he serviced our other unit. He also said if we have any issues to call him and he’ll come back and make it right!

Brad was quick and thorough, while Paul did an excellent job communicating throughout the process. They replaced the heating contactor and disconnect box efficiently and even took the time to educate me on how to properly care for my unit. Very friendly and personable company . Customer service was amazing. Ethan and Kenneth installed a new AC unit for us and the system has been running good. Even followed up a few days later to make sure everything was running like it should. Very fair pricing as well. Would definitely recommend them and we’ll be using them again in the future if needed.
