Technician Braden was very courteous and knowledgeable. I told him what appeared to be the problem and with some trouble shooting he found a very dirty heat sensor. He removed it, cleaned it to like new and the unit is working very well. Great job Braden and thank you Farnell Mechanical Inc for a job well done.

Amy was a great help getting everything squared away and getting a technician out quickly. My heat went out and Mason was excellent diagnosing the problem Braden was excellent when the part came in getting it installed and squared away. Everyone was super professional. 10/10 would recommend.

Everyone we’ve come in contact with at Farnell is kind, hardworking and willing to do what it takes to get the job done. 2. I’ve had to make several service calls and they are always here asap. 3. When they couldn’t find a part, instead of throwing in the towel they had it fabricated. 4. They kept us up to date on our project. 5. They’re punctual and are on site when they say they will be there. 6. The ladies in the office are so kind and will go out of their way to help you.

Responding back to the owners response about his alcoholic technicians. He responded and stated that “they take matters like that very seriously and if I believe that review was a mistake to reach out to them” , so basically the owner is calling me a liar as if I didn’t see the technician, Mikey, with an open container in his vehicle and also the fact I could smell the beer on his breath. Don’t know what Farnell has going on but the owner must be a drunk as well to blatantly call me a liar, I have eyes so therefore you can not tell me I did not see what I saw. Poor way to handle the issue, again, would not recommend this company.

I had three heat pump units replaced. The work was completed in 3 days as scheduled. The price was reasonable. I am totally satisfied with the work. The installers were well trained and very proficient. The units being new model using 454B refrigerant, the replacement job was complicated and difficult. The procedures were clearly explained and the work completed to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this company.

Farrell came in clutch. They were able to install my new mini split without issue and quickly. They were very professional and friendly to boot. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for AC services.
