Relocated here 2 years ago and have felt something has always been wrong with my HVAC. Has been really loud. Builders and Contracted HVAC folks tells me nothing was wrong. Last Friday the AC went down. Called up Browns. Ethan the Tech came out. Very respectful and professional. Taught me about the system. Made an assessment then fixed my issue. It like I have a new system.

Brown's is both professional, personable, and caring. The technician went above and beyond in determining what was wrong with my heating unit. He treated me with the utmost respect and explained everything in a way that I could understand the issue. Communication from the company is awesome and prompt. They didn't leave me wondering about the status of the repair. Reasonably priced, too. I will definitely use them in the future for all of my heating and air conditioning needs.

From day 1, Sensigreen has been on top of things and very professional. The customer service rep Kady is exceptional and is a superstar at the company going above and beyond the call of duty. The installers and sales guy Chris also make the experience with the company top notch! Love them.

my parents AC went out during the hottest days this week with my dad out of town. I looked to see who they used and called to let them know it wasn’t working. They have the fantastic maintenance agreement, the receptionist was great and scheduled something for the same day. It was much appreciated. Trace was the technician that came to the house. Very polite, professional, and was not pushy and trying us to buy something. The damper had frozen and he gave us options, which was very much appreciated with my dad being out of town. I would highly recommend this company as well as their technician Trace!

They were great. Their prices are about 1000 cheaper than their competitors for the same unit. They ordered the until and let us use two portable air conditioners until the unit came.
