After being without AC for days, and contacting several repair companies and not getting helped, I called these guys and within an hour or two we’re back up and running!!! Very courteous and knowledgeable repairman. Good job Conner 😉

In a field where most are unreliable, they are a trusted partner to keep our business running smoothly by keeping all the AC’s operating to perfection. They handle my regular maintenance and also spring to action anytime there is a service issue. Office staff are friendly and highly organized, and the billing process is smooth and simple.

Our technician, Jim Nachman. was polite and courteous and he checked on our inside (first, appreciated) and outside units and updated us on the condition of our system. He was very professional and we plan on continuing our business with Advance.

I have absolutely only good things to say about these guys! Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable! I called yesterday and today my air is fixed it was only something small but he was prepared. Thank you guys so very much it's to hot to be without air!

Connor, company tech, did a great job with our AC unit maintenance service and dryer vent system cleaning. He made good recommendations for maintaining our unit and was helpful with my questions/requests. Highly recommend this company.

I called Advanced Heating and Air Pros because my a/c suddenly stopped working. They sent assistance out that same day. The Tech Conner was fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. I am so thankful for his help!

Connor had to crawl under my house and managed to stay nice and polite. I give him lots of credit for his professionalism. He wasn't able to fix it on the first or second visit but finally managed to fix the problem.

AC unit wasn't operating correctly which occurred on a weekend. From the start of contacting company till the end of repairs, communication was superior & had my AC properly functioning within hours. Overall great experience!

Excellent company with fantastic service team. Avis did a great job today getting our main A/C working with a new inverter board. The old one was fried by a power surge. Serviced our 2nd unit while here and installed surge protectors on both units, which protects the A/Cs from lighting or power surges. Totally pleased.

Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning is a fantastic company. My heat pump would not come on and they came out the very next day after my call late in the afternoon. Conner, the technician was polite and very knowledgeable. Showed me a few things on my fancy thermostat after he got the system running. He even helped me install the in-line filters I have on my system that needed changing since I had them on hand. I highly recommend Advanced Heating and Air.

Joseph was sent put to fix my AC and he was very knowledgeable respectful and had us cooling off in no time! Highly recommend this company REQUEST JOSEPH he's great!

Update: I originally gave this company one star. See why below. Since the post the owner of the company called me and sincerely apologized and wanted to know what could be done to make this right. Without further explanation, I am happy to say he has resolved my issue. I do not think this will happen again.

Scheduled an annual maintenance for my AC. A $69 service charge. He also cleaned out my drain line which I assumed was part of the service. Turns out that was an additional $210 on top of the $69. I could have easily put in a new line for less than $20.

First I learned of this of this additional charge was when he asked for payment. It would have been nice to know about this extra and given the opportunity to say yes or no. I would have said NO!!

I was given the chance for a service contract for $240, so I took it for $40 less. Of course I signed up and saved the $40 but really wasn’t interested.

Cody was courteous and professional. He explained his observed re: our HVAC systems and offered helpful suggestions. Great job !!

Joseph did a great job on my AC! He was able to clean it and get it working again! Very professional great prices.
