Service visit today, Konner and Kyle took great care in remedying a thermostat issue that would have been very inconvenient going into the upcoming season change. They were both pleasant and professional while working today, I highly recommend !!!

Professional and helpful. Came for a system check and made recommendations.

Prompt service. Knowledgeable technicians. On time. I was notified 45 minutes ahead of time before the technician arrived - by text and phone call. My only complaint was that during my annual spring inspection, the technician found a bad capacitor. He already had the unit apart. The capacitor could be bought on line from $15 to $60. I was charged $250 to replace it. It took him less than 5 minutes to change it out. I could understand that charge if a service call was required, but the technician was already on site with the capacitor exposed. 1 bolt and unplugging and plugging in wire connections was the entire job. I am capable of changing it myself but I felt like since he found it, I should let him change it. I am all for making money. I am a devout capitalist myself but that $250 charge was a little hard to swallow under the circumstances. I still recommend them, though. Good guys, quick, and competent.

Mike answered the phone and was super polite. Gave me a quote over the phone,even though the other companies i called wouldn't , for what I believed was wrong with the AC. Conner was dispatched. Showed up in a timely manner for a emergency call. He troubleshot the unit. Fixed it in a timely. Was very pleasant to talk with. Would highly recommend them for your AC Repairs. Thank you guys.

Steven was very friendly and personable. He was honest about the condition of my unit and answered all of my questions. The service was fast, and he left me with tips for maintaining.

When I first call this company for service, I was very impress with the lady who answered, the technician Connor was very nice and thoughtful. We have had several companies come out but unfortunately the problem was never fixed. This young man worked on our unit and yes our unit is working very well. I would highly recommend this company, Connor even advise us on some safe things for future reference for our unit, but if we ever need service again, Advanced Heating and Air they will be the one company we would call.

Stephen came on time and was so polite and professional. I asked to tell me some details about was happening with my a/c system and he was able to explain in pretty clear terms! I hope he will be the person who comes out next time if I have need!

Joseph was super helpful and FAST getting our AC/heat back up and running. Joseph was super professional and kind and if I needed service again I would definitely ask for him by name!

Excellent customer service. I had a new air conditioner installed at a great price, they had a friendly crew and did a great job troubleshooting any issues. I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely seamless and perfect new HVAC installation!! Joseph and Steven arrived on time and got right to work. They explained everything they were going to do, put their booties on and drop cloths down and we’re finished in no time.

They went above and beyond and left everything in better shape than it was prior to their arrival. Very knowledgeable and professional guys and a pleasure to meet and work with.

Fast reliable service. After getting a quote I called a week later for them to go ahead and do my install...I work 3rd shift by they time I woke up the next afternoon and they were done. Jimmy's customer service is exceptional

He informed me of what they planned to do and sent pictures of the finished product. All I can say is “Outstanding job”!
