BEWARE! This company will be friendly and come out to do a $70 service call then tell you they have to order a part to perform repair then you never hear from them again! They want the service call money and then lie about ordering a part because this day and time nothing takes weeks to come in once ordered unless it’s from China or Mars.

Do not trust these guys!

Air Conditioning wasnt working at our business. The owner, Danny, came out the next morning and fixed it in a timely manner. Real nice and friendly guy. Would highly reccommend to anyone who asks!

They're quick to get you scheduled for an appointment. They replaced my thermostat in July 2020 when A/C stopped working. They came again in December 2020 when my heat wasn't working. The repairmen are professional, prompt, and thorough. Recommended by my landlord.

They came out to fix the dryer belt that was broken. They said they had just about every belt but mine on the truck. Needless to say I was disappointed.

I Told them I was disappointed that they had every model but mine. They answered that to have every belt with them would require an 18 wheeler.

When I pointed out the discrepancy between the two statements they got upset. You either have every belt but mine or you only have have a few. Can’t have both

They appeared to get angry and left. I presume that they are not going to order the part and return

Good news, it made me look up how to do the belt repair myself. It appears fairly easy so I ordered the part myself and will install it

I’d recommend the owner discuss with the technicians not to make two opposite statements as it will only cause angst for the homeowners, not comfort

Great experience from Lorraine doing the scheduling to Danny coming out and repairing our A/C! It gets hot here in June and they did everything just like they said they would. We are very appreciative of the care they showed us.

Managed to squeeze me in when I was on a tight schedule, got it fixed very quickly, and improved the existing setup so that we can make sure the drain gets cleaned out ourselves to prevent a repeat. Reasonable price for the service rendered. A+!
