Oasis has done an exceptional job installing and maintaining our HVAC system for the last nine years. Their workers are courteous and professional, and the office staff is great. I recommend them without reservation!

From first contact to the finishing steps I was always kept abreast of what was happening & why.

Used Oasis Heat and Air. They were very professional from the ladies that answer the phone and handle the scheduling to the technicians who came and took care of my problem. Would highly recommend them. Will definitely use them for all my heat and air work.

I was unfortunately paired with Oasis through my home warranty. I let them know I had one room not cooling properly. They came out, fiddled around a little bit & said it's the ducts, not the actual AC unit.

That's all fine except for them wanting a second payment to work on the ducts. I was very confused as to why I would pay a second time for the same issue l.E. one singular room not cooling. As HVAC
"professionals" my assumption is they knew it was the duct work right away yet they chose to collect payment for doing nothing but stating the obvious and then ask for a second payment to look at the duct work which is part of the HVAC system.
I could not get anywhere with Oasis but luckily my home warranty company agreed that this was shady business so they set me up with a new vendor.
If you are looking for a trustworthy HVAC company, I highly recommend ComfortShield Heat & Air. If we were able to pick our vendors we would always pick them.

Oasis did an outstanding job with getting us a new HVAC unit at our house. They were extremely helpful upfront presenting us a couple different options and made sure to make us comfortable along the way. The install process was seamless and the crew was professional and did high quality work. I would recommend them to anybody!

The original HVAC System in our home was installed by Oasis Heating and Air when the home was originally built. Since our home was built, every time we contacted Oasis for a service call or repair, they were here immediately and took care of us every single time. One time during the middle of a hot summer, they had to order a part and Eric made sure that we were provided a portable AC (that worked great) so that we could be comfortable until the repair was made. A few days ago, we decided that it was a good time to replace the aging unit. We reached out to Oasis on a Wednesday, they had technicians here the next day to begin the estimate process and to answer every question we had. We had an estimate with reasonable pricing to us in a very short time. The following Saturday, I reached back out to Oasis to proceed with ordering and installation. Our new AWESOME complete Carrier system was installed the following Tuesday with no problems by four professional Oasis Technicians. We never even considered getting another estimate from other dealers because of the way they had taken care of us for the last 13 years. In our opinion, there is only one choice of an HVAC dealer in the East Alabama area, Oasis Heating and Air!

If you have any AC needs please make sure to contact Alabama Air Conditioning!!!! They are so friendly, helpful, and honest. They Have helped us time and time again. We got a new system this year and were so impressed with how quickly they got us cool again!!!! Thank You Alabama Air!!!!

You will not be upset in anyway with these guys! Honest, conversational, thorough, and did I say HONEST?! I was expecting so much more to be needed! Great first impression and will always be our go to HVAC call!

Within one-hour phone call, two gentlemen came to my place. They were extremely knowledgeable and responsible!!! They showed me different options for fixing the AC, and shared with the best way to use and maintain the AC!

The guys were 2 hours early, they spent time explaining things that would help us. Apologized about the prices that weren’t that bad considering they were called out on a Sunday afternoon. All said and done just the fact that they responded and showed up like they said is head and shoulders above what I’ve been dealing with in the past and I appreciate them.

I have been using this company since 2013 when my old unit went out. They always been very punctual courteous and professional. I have had times when I could not afford the cost of repairs (always very reasonable) They would set up a payment plan. They are always here I when I need them They take the time to explain what is wrong and what needs to be done. I will not let anyone else near my heat or air unit.

Michael did not hesitate to come to my home at 9pm to check on my AC after it decided to stop working suddenly. He promptly followed up the next day with the parts to make the repair and had us up and running by lunch time! Great service and reasonably priced! Highly recommend this company to anyone in need of their services!

Update in 2026…still the best and still our go-to for all things heating and air!
