The response time for the repair was great. The troubleshooting results was not correct and the not offering to provide a service to clean the system was not satisfactory. The problem was a wire nut came off and shorted the breaker into a trip. Also the metal to door needed correcting.
The service was completed and the heat exchanger inspected and found not to be covered with dust as I was told and recommending a $6000 heater replacement that was unnecessary. No parts replaced the blower and return box cleaned and system is operating well.
Also the technician turned off the water heater breaker and refused to go back and turn it back on. He told miss majors it was for safety reasons he turned off the breaker. But it’s electrical not gas. So was the wrong breaker.
I would appreciate a refund for the incorrect service

The technician was on time. He was very professional. Inspected my unit and took pictures. He left everything in the condition he found it in. He showed me the numbers showing how my unit is running. Very satisfied with their sevice.

Colin was very professional, polite, courteous, knowledgeable and respectful during his visit to service my hvac unit. He indicated service I would need and offered to renew my annual maintenance agreement. He came and did what he was assigned to do. I highly recommend him for the job.

Air Force Heating and Air is definitely a business we will continue using for a long time. They were very helpful when I called to ask for help with our air conditioner. They responded quickly to my call. The office was friendly when I talked to them. The technician , Derek was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he found was wrong with the air conditioner and how he fixed it. I feel confident using Air Force heating and Air. I highly recommend them for your heating and air needs.
