I've used Air Force heating and Air this is my second time the staff that I speak with on the phone are very professional very nice very customer service oriented the text that they send out are very knowledgeable they explain what they're doing and what could have possibly been the problem Noah seem to be very knowledgeable of what he was doing and then today I had Jeremy and Jeremy appeared to be very knowledgeable of what he was doing he explained to me the process as he did his job very professional

Noah is a very polite young man. This is the second time he has serviced my system. He seems very knowledgeable and gives a report once he completes his inspection.

Always courteous, always on time. They tell you what they're going to do, and then they do it. Noah, our technician, was neat, polite, and knowledgeable. He told me to call him directly if I have questions or concerns about our system.

When working with a new product, it's understandable that the process may take a little longer than expected. However, the results, quality, and consistency reflect the company's professionalism. We were satisfied with the service and would recommend this company to anyone seeking similar work.
We had our Electrical Water Heater replaced.

Noah was very helpful, he explained everything in a way that I understood. He was honest and advised against us spending money in the moment that would not be efficient for us in the long run. 10/10 recommend him!!

Jeremy Bonner was prompt, explained everything well, and cleaned up when he was finished. I really appreciated his professionalism.

Chris Conner and his helper (Meyers?) were awesome! Replaced a very very very old unit in my grandmothers house with a new much better ecobee one. They were extremely polite and efficient, got it all done in 4-5 hours and cleaned up well after themselves.

Charlie Walker is the
Best. He had to come on Sunday because our new system wasn’t heating. He found the problem and was able to fix it quickly. Thanks, Charlie!!

About the yearly service plan, you guys came out this spring for the first time. Did not have the correct filters on your truck. I said that they would drop some off. Today I had my phone inspection for the heater comes in with one filter, I need three. I told him that’s what the first guy said he would drop some off never did. He said he would make a note and then when someone’s by here they would drop some off.
I’ve got a friend that uses your service. Who recommended me to you They said the same thing it’s like your service people don’t pay attention to what size air filter your customers have. And then they have an excuse as to why they Don’t have the correct. Filters. At this point, you guys have serviced my unit spring and fall and making excuses about bringing the filters because that’s part of the contract.

Don’t ever give a customer a reason NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU.

When I refer you guys to my Neighbors, I would probably think twice because you guys are over promising and under producing. Over as simple filter or filters.

That should never happen.

Review is given to you out of honesty not to complain, it’s the only way your company is gonna get a chance to correct Things as opposed to me leaving and going to another company because you’re not doing what you said you would do over simple filters. Thank you for listening so as of now you guys owe me three additional filters.

I didnt get any maintenance work done just an inspection and listing of the things that may need replacing in the near future. Prices quoted were resonable and explained to me in a way that I can understand. The technician was very friendly and professional.

4 new units installed Joshua in his team took 3 days great work all three members of Jackson services new there craft very well cleaned up behind themselves answered any questions I had ,good job And if you are a veteran Jackson has really good discounts

This is my 2nd time hiring Jackson for different a/c issues. I am very pleased with this company. Honest and fair pricing. Charlie was awesome. Respectful and hardworking he did a very thorough job cleaning out a drain and it was hot that day. I will be using Jackson for my a/c and plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

Jackson is a great company. I’ve worked with them at 2 different properties and most recently had Nathan Marsh out to fix one of our water heaters. He was very quick, professional, and best of all, actually fixed our issue. Jeremey Bonner has also been extremely helpful in fixing a leak that took forever to fix until he came out and fixed it. Highly recommend!!

I was very pleased with our technician, Jason. He did a wonderful job explaining everything he was doing . He fixed everything that was needed with our leaky faucet and replaced the stopper with a new one. He did a fantastic job cleaning up after.
I did feel the price may have been a bit high and may have been better to just replace the fixture, but I am pleased with the work that was done.
Overall, it was a great experience.
