It was on a Saturday when I called. Caswell came straight out to assist with my air conditioner with no hesitation. I appreciate your service and will recommend to everyone. The service was fast and professional.

Caswell Heating and Air did a great job of installing three units in my house. We are very happy with the installation, the quality of product, and the quality of communication/service.

Technician was very polite and knowledgeable. Showed up on time. It was a weekend and our heat had gone out. He had it up and running within 15 minutes. Would highly recommend!!!

Jaxon and Jonathan did a great job with the tune up! They called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way and very thorough and kind with their explanations. Would strongly recommend.

Caswell came to the rescue. After living in an old little house for 5 years built in 1945, I had the heat furnace serviced for a tuneup. Several technicians from other companies supposedly inspected and did offered to install a heat pump but did not focus on the carbon dioxide leakage. I told caswell that I wanted to keep my furnace and could not afford the cost for service. To my surprise, they offered me finance based on my credit. A few hours later the working crew was ripping out old accessories to the furnace and covered the crawl space. Now, my old little house is safe to live in. Thanks to Caswell.

We suspected we had a water leak after noticing the drastic increase of our water bill. I called Caswell and they sent a tech (Wade) the next morning. Wade was very professional and friendly. He quickly found the leak. He explained what he would need to do to reach and fix the problem. He made sure I was okay with the price quote and he fixed it quickly. 10/10

Jonathan, technician at Caswell Heating and Air, came out today to provide an AC tuneup inspection. He is such a nice, professional person. He was considerate by calling ahead of time to let us know he was in route to our house. He is very knowledgeable and informative. Since we had purchased our unit from Caswell just two years ago, we didn’t have any problems but Jonathan offered suggestions to keep our unit in good working order. Cannot say enough about this service. I needed them on a Sunday and within 15 minutes of receiving their call back.. they were at my house and ready to work! They completed the job and got my air back up and running in no time! The technician was wonderful! Thank you so much!

Our A/C went out middle of the night. Caswell was responsive, set up same day appointment and sent out Keith who was amazing. He kept us informed at every step and had our system up and running. A true blessing with 90+ degree days. I won't go anywhere else.

Trey did a great job getting our system up and running again. He had a detailed explanation with pictures on what was wrong, as well recommendations to improve our system. He provided a detailed breakdown of what to expect price-wise as well, should we decide to do so.

Jonathan came today and did a HVAC repair for me. He was polite, explained everything he planned to do, showed me a video of the finished work and did a terrific job. I asked if he knew a plumber and he said Caswell is doing plumbing now, too!
Josh and Jackson were out within the hour to check on my well pump, indoor plumbing and water filtration systems. I couldn't possibly be any more pleased with the work these guys did.

Wonderful experience!! The service technicians called before they came and arrived between the scheduled times. They told me and showed me photos of what was to be done after they introduced themselves to me. No time was wasted in getting the job done. They were very careful to cover my floor and then made sure no debris was left after the job was completed. Can't praise them enough for a job well done.

Estimator made a special early trip to house to assess damage, and a crew arrived promptly at 9 AM to replace damaged air housing. Installer was knowledgeable, and work was completed the same day. Wife and I are extremely satisfied with the results.
