Caswell's technician, Jonathan, was fabulous. He was knowledgeable, courteous, prompt (early actually which was better) and kind. He was thorough in his evaluation of the unit even though the problem was obvious. The problem was unusual and required a clever fix. Jonathan had the unit up and running in no time, and explained everything he had done and seen. I will use them again for service. I must also add that the woman I spoke with at the answering service the night before was professional and kind as well.

Fantastic experience! We had to identify a blockage in an external drain. Cory from Caswell Heating & Air, LLC arrived promptly, provided us with a competitive quotation, and described the matter in detail. To further reassure us, he also used his snake camera to show us how our connecting connection appeared. We are quite pleased with the service and feel well-informed.

A very professional company. Thanks for the prompt service call and showing what was wrong with our 17 year old unit. We were given several unit prices to chose from. A next day installation was appreciated. The service guy, installation crew and Mr. Caswell answered all our questions. Definitely will recommend to family and friends.

Air was out for three days and they sent Keith out who was amazing!! He explained everything to me in great detail. Was honest with their prices and checked everything! Had my air back on in no time! We will only be using Caswell from now. Also thank you for the magnet!!

These guys did a great job! Our unit was old, running all the time and not cooling very well. Turned out due to the age of our old one we needed a new unit. They came out and installed it the same day. The installers were nice and very knowledgeable. Answered all our questions. It’s working great! Runs a few minutes cools the house and shuts off. Looking at the power bill we are using a lot less electricity than with the old unit Saving on our power bill. I would definitely recommend Caswell Heating and Air!

I was extremely pleased with the service Caswell offered us today. The serviceman was well informed and made sure I understood everything he was going to do in this initial tuneup and examination of our heating and air conditioning units. Upon completing his inspection, he explained what he recommended and why. Also, the pricing he offered seemed very reasonable and fair. Therefore, I signed up for their annual service plan. Our professional gave us a call 20 min prior to arrival, was on time, efficient, and answered all questions while letting me tag along. Entered a no-pressure maintenance contract since our units are now 7 years old. We had a power outage during the visit and they returned within a week to complete their inspection. Billing was accurate and transparent. Two thumbs up!

I call yesterday and they were here the next on time. Their technician Keith is the best. He explained everything in detail and is very polite and knowledgeable. The prices and services plans are affordable. I will continue to allow Caswell to service my HVAC needs.

Trey, one of their techs came out to our home a month or so ago. He was absolutely wonderful! Spent a lot of time showing me some things in the attic and going over our system. We haven’t gotten a new system installed yet, but he was very well versed in explaining the issues we are having. We will consider them when we do a full replacement in the future due to his knowledge and expertise.

Michael and Will were very professional and had great customer service. Thanks for doing a great job replacing a splinter unit. We are happy to have a new company for our AC needs. CJ is very good with her customer service phone conversations.

Trey Bradford with Caswell Heating and Air came out today and a Tuneup for us, hadn’t done one in a few years. He showed me picture of all the stuff good and bad going on with the AC in the attic.
He was a pleasure to deal with, great Christian kid.

Noah, Justin & Daniel did an excellent job of installation. They were prepared to clean the ducts, however, the machine was not functioning properly. They will be back tomorrow to complete the job. I am very pleased with the work done and their overall professionalism.

Breathing clean air thanks to the folks at Caswell. Keith pinpointed our issues under the house and though we needed a major overhaul of our ductwork, we are confident in the integrity of the inspection, fairness of the quote, and quality of the work. It took two days and a team to replace our ductwork (and add some upgrades like a dehumidifier and ozone cleaner system). A shout out to the many folks who helped us - Will and James, Zeke, Jesse, and Jonathan - and Ashley in the home office. They were all amazing to work with, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. My only regret is not calling them sooner!
