Called after 4 on Friday. Technician arrived in less than an hour. He was very polite, professional, and efficient. Diagnosed issue, replaced our thermostat and got us cool again quickly. Thank you.

Connor Gisler was our Plumber today, and he was AMAZING!!! He took the time to thoroughly check everything plumbing related and found an issue that has been troubling us for months. He was able to complete the work today, as well. We will definitely request Connor for future maintenance calls.

Chase came promptly and diagnosed the problem—a burned out blower motor, so no heat or air. He replaced the blower motor And also some wire not directly related to the motor. He is a pleasant, competent and efficient fellow!

Our tech was quick to get the job done and told us what we needed to know. He was very personable and super sweet!!

Preston and his associate did a great job of dealing with a complex install due to the system in my home. I really appreciate their persistence in getting the job done correctly.Both thermostats are working great.

Technicians arrived on time and as scheduled. Both were friendly and courteous as well as professional in their demeanor. They explained how they would complete the repair, the cost of the repair and timeline of the completion. The repair was completed in a timely manner and as stated. I am pleased with the outcome and mentioned how difficult it has been to find quality services for home repair in the past.
They shared with me a program that Jackson Services offers their clients called Membership Club that offers plumbing benefits as well as HVAC maintenance and repairs.
I am definately enrolling in the program and would highly recommend Jackson Services👍

Charlie came out at the end of the day, extremely hot day and was still very positive and quickly diagnosed our problem. He had the capacitor replaced and everything running within 20 minutes! Very polite and friendly. We really appreciate the services and the prompt response and the communication from the team at Jackson.

Justin Reed did a great job. Came out and identified the problem, took pictures, and resolved it quickly. Once the dehumidifier was delivered, he called to let us know when he would arrive. Installation was seamless, he took pictures, and explained what he did.

Had a bad experience last time with Jackson this time last year. I never posted about it. Was hoping it was a one time deal. So when my blower motor went out this week and I gave them a call, they sent Preston and Jacob out. Both guys were a home run. Very professional and very decent. Jerremy came out on a Friday afternoon to fix a plumbing issue in our kitchen that we were concerned was going to be a huge, expensive ordeal. We had Ben as our technician and could not be more pleased with his professionalism, thoroughness, and genuine care. He addressed all the concerns we had and provided guidance on how to retighten the kitchen faucet should it become loose again.

Requested a service tech to investigate and Justin arrived the same day. Justin delivers excellent customer service, very knowledgeable and explains in detail the operations of the equipment. Purchased a heat pump system after a complete home evaluation, system recommendation, formal quote. Excellent installation and explanation of operating procedures. Had several concerns along the way during both winter and summer months and without hesitation called and tech arrived on time to resolve my concerns. On 10/13/25 Charlie Walker our Service Technician from Jackson Services came to do the HVAC service on our air conditioner, he was very thorough and very professional. He explained everything to my husband as he did the work.
Recommend he come back for the next scheduling service.
