My water heater failed on a Thursday night and I called some contractors and only got voicemails. I saw that Lowes carried my water heater brand and contracted the installations services so I entered a request through their website. I got an immediate response by phone from Aaron with Advanced Heating and Air. He quoted me a price and said they could install the next day! I held off awarding the job to get pricing from other companies the next morning. Theirs was the lowest and could install same day so they got the job. When the water heater arrived the technician noted that the sheet metal housing was slightly dented so they recommended getting another one which they promptly did and completed the work. I got to take a hot shower that night!!!!

I had a problem with our AC/heat pump system. Our “old” AC Heat repair company inform us that our 5 year old system had a leaking coil resulting in a total breakdown. And we would have to replace the whole system - estimated cost of over $27,000! Needless to say I was skeptical. I called Mike at Advanced Air and his team evaluated our problem. They recommended replacing the coil and adding new Freon - amazing ! Our system responded positively ! At about 1/10 the cost!!! I highly recommend Advanced Air a locally owned and ethically run business. Thank you Mike and your great tech Josh.

I reached out for a leaking water heater, and the response was fast. The manager came out the same day to give me an estimate. He was polite, patient, and explained everything clearly, which helped ease some of my stress.

Chris and Casey handled the installation the very next day and they did an AMAZING job. They were professional, knowledgeable, and worked quickly without tearing up my frame or creating any extra mess. They made sure everything fit perfectly in my tight space and cleaned up afterward, which I really appreciated.

I also feel like I got a great deal compared to other estimates I received. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and the peace of mind of having the new unit installed safely. Highly recommend!

when I first called Tiger Heating and Air on Aug 9th, I was pretty pleased with the quick service that I received from this company. But after my experience with them over a new problem I am very disappointed. I wouldn't refer them to a dog house if it needed to be cooled down. My a/c unit stopped working Aug 29th, I called the owner and he was suppose to get back to me within an hour. I called his phone atleast fifty times from my phone and numerous times from my husband and unpublished as well. I finally get in touch with him today and he schedules the appointment for noon- 1pm my time (which is 11a-12p their time). I am sitting here in a hot house waiting on the a/c man... it's almost one pm my time and he calls me just before and tells me that he isn't coming out today I needed to call the warranty company and have them schedule someone else to come out. there are plenty of contractors in Phenix City that could come out today (did he call them and ask to see, hell no), he tells me that there is no way that he can come out he has an emergency at the hospital. that is understandable but why can't you send someone other than yourself to check my unit? He tells me that it isn't that hot outside that it could wait till Monday. This man knows that I have seven month old child as well as a four year old and he has the balls to tell me that it can wait because it isn't hot? The next time my baby throws up on me I will make sure I call him so she can do it to him. she can't be in the heat she has too many problems for it and he is not worth the time of day or the money you will spend. CALL SOMEONE BETTER, PLEASE!!!

He took our money but did not show up to do the job. I can’t even count how many lies he told us. JUST DON’T. Will be filing a claim on Tuesday for the 4K he stole from me by not showing up. Be very careful before you trust this man. I’ve been doing business with him for 3 years. And then he does this!!!! I guess I will see him in court!!

Went to court, he didn’t show up so we won. But, I’m not sure how we will get money from him. We were told he was in jail. I don’t know that for a fact, just what we were told.

I have called around to find prices at different places to see what their prices were, their availability and cost of Freon. Tiger Heating & Air beats all that were called! They came within the same day, fixed the problem and it didn’t cost an arm & a leg!! I would definitely recommend you call Tiger Heating & Air! Great service and he will be straight up with you.

Saturday repair for an AC unit that was not blowing cold air. Explained in detail what he was doing and was very professional. Very reasonably priced for a weekend job just 3 hours after I originally called. Highly recommended. Thanks for coming out.

Always there when we need them! After several visits for a Freon shot, we finally replaced our unit. Very happy with this team! I shopped around but Charlie was honest and straightforward. I recommend them for all your AC/Heating needs.

First of all, the technician showed up 2.5 hours late to refill the Freon in our AC unit. But being late was only the start of it. We discussed the possibility of having a full unit replacement because he said if the Freon kept running out then that meant it was probably time to replace the unit. So with that said, we weren’t planning to spend a ton of money on Freon since doing that repeatedly meant there was a problem. He then continued to agree he would fill only 4lbs of Freon but instead filled It with 8.5 lbs without consent, skyrocketing our bill. Let’s just say they will not be the ones replacing my Air Conditioning unit when that time inevitably comes.

All being said, I would never recommend this company. Despicable display of business ethics.

They replaced my entire HVAC system. Fast and friendly service. Honest and knowledgeable. Gave me multiple proposals to ensure I was getting what I need at a good price. Overall great folks.
