They scheduled a technician out same day to investigate a compressor freeze up issue. Elijah M. arrived promptly in his scheduled window and was efficient, courteous, and explained the issues and fixes clearly.

I cant recommend working with him enough. The crews do great work, but most importantly Jeff takes customer satisfaction very seriously. He is also incredibly knowledgeable about their services, and beat out many competitors with this knowledge. If you need spray insulation in the South East, make the call, and definitely talk to Jeff.

I would like to share an experience with one of this companies technician. While traveling on Interstate 65 near Millbrook, Alabama a semi lost a tire which blew backwards into our vehicle and another young lady’s vehicle too. We pulled off of the closest exit to check for damage and this young man stopped to assist us and make sure we were safe. He helped to get us all back on the road safely. They came out quoted a fair price for a new generation heat pump and installed it last week. They were quick, professional and the unit is just great, light years better than our previous unit.

The best HVAC Experience I have ever had! I needed a whole new HVAC System and, in my Google Research, found that Sensigreen Heating, Cooling & Insulation has a full 5 Star Rating with over 800 Reviews! How do you make that many people so happy you ask? Well, they stand head and shoulders above the rest! I first spoke with Sales Team Coordinator Kady Bassett who is one of the friendliest people I have ever met! She made the whole process so easy and with zero stress! Then, Comfort Advisor Chris Taylor came out and assessed my needs by checking the whole house from the crawl space, to main floor, to attic. (And he didn't try to "Upsell" me on anything.) Then, Install Manager Steven Taylor came out and reviewed the system recommendations with me and we scheduled the install. A few days later the Lead Installer, Jucorey Love, showed up with two large Sensigreen Trucks and a crew (Jalen Love, Kaden Williams, and Greg Houston) who worked for 2 days, without taking a lunch, to get my system installed as fast as possible. They showed an Old School work ethic I rarely see these days. I was very impressed with their competence, professionalism, and friendliness. Jucorey even programmed my Google Nest Thermostat and trained me on it so I can control it by voice commands while at home or, by my phone anywhere in the world. Lastly, I was very pleased to find they offer financing. I didn't have to come out of pocket at all for the new system, and have a VERY reasonable monthly payment. They gave me a better system at a lower price than their competition. The whole experience was enjoyable, excellent, and I give the Sensigreen Team my highest recommendation!

Benjamin Holston was very professional and personable. He did a thorough job of routine maintenance on our HVAC system! He answered all of my questions knowledgeably and patiently! He is the kind of employee that represents your company in an excellent manner!

Our new Mini-Split A/C install for our Florida room was totally OUTSTANDING customer service. From the beginning experience with Chris in Sales, Stephen (? spelling) as Install Manager and the install crew of AJ, Cade, Lamar, Dale (and others that I didn't get their names) was top notch! Even Kady in the office was fantastic.These guys were total professionals and the kind of people that you want doing work for you. Their attention to detail was paramount and I would highly recommend them for any job as well as SENSIGREEN for anyone looking for A/C work of any kind in the Opelika/Auburn area. They will be my future go-to company for A/C service. If this was a 10 star survey, I would give them a 12!

Jeff Decoteau and his team members were very professional and courteous. They took the time to explain everything to us and addressed all of our questions and concerns. We were building a new home and they installed all of the duct work and the heating and air units. We were so impressed that we asked them to come back and do our insulation (bat insulation for the walls and ceiling and spray insulation for the attic). They were so easy to talk to and made us feel like family. I will definitely use them for any future projects and would highly recommend them to everyone else.

From the first phone call to get service on our frozen AC the professionalism is clear. It was determined we needed a new unit. We have two and decided to replace both. When the crews showed up in the morning to replace they never seemed to stop working. It was raining and they put down drop clothes . Honestly besides the new AC units and furnaces I’d never have known they were here. AJ, Kade, Dale, Greg, and Jayln Thank You So Much for getting our AC back up and running. The honesty is so important to me.

I had a new heat pump, thermostat, and ductwork installed. The guys were here bright and early and by that afternoon I had a new unit and I was warm and cozy. Very professional and courteous. They seemed to work very well together. And, they cleaned up everything! I am beyond pleased with the entire service they provided.

Sensigreen installed a new heat pump and installed spray foam in December. All the work was completely efficiently, neatly, and professionally. They answered all my questions and did everything they said they would do. The temperature in my house is more comfortable now than it ever has been in the past 25 years. Best of all, my electricity bill has dropped by about 35% compared to the same months last year.

Honest Review – 2026 Experience (PLEASE READ)

I chose to delete my previous negative review because, after further reflection and communication, I realized the issue stemmed from an internal breakdown that had not yet reached the owner’s attention. This is my updated and honest review.

I believe in giving credit where it’s due. While my experience with Sensigreen HVAC started off frustrating, the owner demonstrated true leadership by stepping in personally to resolve the matter.

The problem wasn’t just the HVAC work itself, it was that the line of communication within Sensigreen had been discontinued. My concerns were not properly escalated through the chain of command. Once the owner became aware of the situation, he quickly repaired that communication breakdown and committed to redoing the work the right way. How do I know, my neighbor informed me he had received a positive result afterwards.

That action is making all the difference especially in restoring confidence within our community.

I now feel VALUED as a customer. Not only is my HVAC system on the road to recovery, but the owner also refunded my expenses, including consideration for the time I invested throughout this process. That removed the FEAR and frustration I had been carrying.

We are all subject to mistakes. What truly matters is how those mistakes are handled and corrected. Accountability, responsiveness, and integrity speak louder than perfection ever could.

As a conduit of God, I understand that ultimate trust belongs to God alone. I do not place any company on that level. However, I do respect and appreciate owners who operate with responsibility, humility, and a commitment to make things right.

Thank you for your timely and professional response. I sincerely pray I will not have to revisit or revise this review again.

They did a wonderful job !!! Came on very short notice ….. late on a Friday afternoon !…and solved what could have been a really bad situation. Very thankful for their prompt service.

Would recommend using Advanced, technicians have been professional and courteous. Equipment was serviced by Stephen today. Thorough and took time to explain various operations of units.

Stephen was very kind and fixed the problem with the air unit and offered to go ahead and check the freon and make sure everything was working properly inside the unit before he left. We couldn’t have asked for better customer service!

Steven and Joseph were both extremely personable and professional! They were very proficient at their craft!
