Aaron did extremely well.He was fully professional and very helpful and understanding. I had a different a/c company come out a week prior and Aaron outperformed them and I still was charged less for the amount of work that he performed. He also took the time to listen to the previous technician from the other company. I'm in law enforcement, and I see a lot of people taken advantage of just for business. Today with Aaron's help I understood that his service was more than just about the money. He made sure that everything was actually taken care of and fixed so I wouldn't have this headache yet again. I am signed up for their monthly maintenance plan by choice and not by force, because it means something to be able to trust the people coming out to your house for service.

I had absolutely the best service today! I appreciate the expertise and attention to detail both technicians showed. My issue was resolved quickly and they were able to take care of another add on outlet on the spot Dixie is definitely my go to company for all my electrical needs

Josh was professional and very experienced with my water issue. He was well mannered, spoke clearly, answered all my questions and solved the problem in a short time. I highly recommend Josh.

My parents needed a heater installed quickly. When our handyman could not get to it this week (the week of Thanksgiving), he suggested we call Dixie. Gabriel came out the same day I called. He and Kevin completed the work the very next day. Very happy with Dixie!

Granger was exceptionally helpful in quickly resolving our issue, his knowledge of his trade is clearly evident in his work and advice, and he is very professional. I would highly recommend asking for him to perform your service!

Edit 11/2025- coming back to review again a few months, a few service appointments, and Granger was yet again very thorough, efficient, and left us feeling reassured with Dixie’s quality of work. 5 stars and would recommend anyone start with him as the technician.

Very friendly, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and informative!! Will recommend to anyone i hear in search of a heating and a/c company for repairs and services. Prices are very reasonable!! Zach and apprentice Drew were outstanding, they provided very detailed information on everything they were doing from start to finish. They both made sure everything was working correctly in addition to making some unscheduled adjustments out of professional courtesy.

They cleaned up everything and made sure we were happy with the service and the job.

The two young men that installed my water heater did an excellent job and was professional and very polite. Would definitely recommend them to my family and friends and neighbors. Dixie Electric did a great job. They were super quick to respond and provide a quote for some major repair work we needed. They worked hard to schedule us ahead of the holidays to address the work. I was most pleased with the Tech Robert Paul as a person, friendly and personable. The work on the HVAC ductwork correcting the previous poor quality installation by another contractor was outlined, presented in detail and simple to grasp as I could tell he had an interest in correcting the condition he identified. The work was completed actually today and I was pleased with the quality of his work. WELL DONE Robert/Dixie. I am requesting Dixie to assign him to future inspections/work on our 2 systems

I have had a great experience every time I've used Dixie services. I feel that they are honest and don't try to push for something that isn't needed. I highly recommend them for any needs that need to be addressed. I needed a quote for some services with my last visit and everything was explained to me and what options I have.

Our tech, Lucas, was very considerate, thorough and professional. We were very pleased with the service and work that they did replacing all of our electrical panels. The office staff was also very courteous and professional. We would greatly recommend them and we will definitely use them for future projects.

Dixie is an excellent company and Josh did an excellent job with the removal of our old water heater and the installation of the new water heater. I think the other gentlemen’s name was Brandon, and I found them both to be capable and professional. We were very pleased with their work.

I honestly can not put into words how much I appreciate this company and the work Richard did for us! We needed some things looked at and addressed before selling our home and they came out same day as call in, fixed the issues in less than an hour and it was all less than $100!! This technician did an AWESOME JOB! He diagnosed my issue after an experienced plumber AND electrician went through every issue and still couldn't find the problem. This guy knew his stuff! This is a great company and I HIGHLY recommend. 5 stars from me!

Richard is always friendly and very professional and Sam my first time meeting him. Aaron, Kevin and Brian they were all professional and customer friendly as well and they gave a complete overview of every piece of equipment that was checked and possible upgrades for preventive maintenance later.

We came home to a scary looking mold issue several weeks before our scheduled maintenance. Granger, who has been an outstanding tech for us, and John, who we just met today, came immediately and had the issue resolved within a few hours. They are both knowledgeable and kind, and we love Dixie for finding great professionals to represent their company.
