While I appreciate the fact that they told me the dishwasher would cost more to fix than to buy a new one, $85 to find that out seems a bit much.

I have used this business for years, always got good, trusted service from the Father owner, and now the son has taken over I know I will be getting same great service!

Came quickly and repaired with no issues, but a bit pricey. $95 to come out plus $80/ hr labor.

Called and asked if they service Edgestar under counter ice makers, I was told yes. After about 20 minutes of just looking inside the door, using a hair dryer to thaw some ice. Was told sorry don't know what's wrong, can't get parts, that will be $95.00. (Ice maker is 1 1/2 years old) Look elsewhere,

They replaced my freezer fan motor. The average retail part cost is about $35. They charged me $80.

In addition to a $40 labor charge ($80/hr), they added a $85 "service fee".

Perhaps "Profitable Appliance Repair" would be more accurate.

2nd time I’ve used affordable appliance repair. They are on time, polite, quick while also being thorough, honest and I especially love that they take the time after the repair to go back through to check and make sure everything is working and put back together correctly. Could not ask for more.
