We called because our dish washer wasn't draining. They came out on Tuesday, diagnosed the problem (bad drain pump) and on Wednesday morning had the part. They came in, installed the new pump in 15 minutes and were gone. I highly recommend this company!!!

Washing machine went out..... Turns out there was a sock stuck in the output pump so the washer wouldn't drain because the pump burned up. Shannon was quick to diagnose the problem and get the part to repair it. Price was very reasonable for the in home service. Highly recommended..

Washing machine went out over the weekend…..called Sears to set up an appointment and was told one (1) week!!! Called another local repair service and was asked to leave a message, but was unable to since voice mailbox was full??? Called Affordable and was scheduled for that afternoon. Tyler, who was very professional, recognized the problem immediately and replaced the broken part at a fair and reasonable price. Would recommend that you call Affordable Appliance Repair first…………

Kelly answerd the phone on my 1st call and was nothing but professional and accommodating. Andrew and Tyler showed up on time and addressed all my issues. They were well spoken, clean and addressed me by name. While on site they were able to give me suggestions as to other ways to improve my property. I'm saving the number to Affordable Heating & Air in my cell phone and will be recommending to all my friends.

Quick ice maker repair, technicians were out in less than 24 hours. They ordered parts and explained the process of repair, then returned a few days later to do the full repair.

Terrible experience. Took over two months to get a new icemaker delivered, then it frosted a few weeks later. They said that was normal. Manufacturer rep said that refrigerant wasn’t added.
Became suspicious, did a little research and learned that the unit they sold me cost half of what they charged me and could be delivered in 4 days. Buyer beware.

Woke up to fridge and freezer not cooling and a puddle forming in front of fridge. Not a good vibe for July 4th weekend at beach condo. Called Affordable and was greeted professionally and was encouraged they would send someone out if they could route someone in our area to squeeze us in a tight schedule. Within the hour had repair man on site. He assured us he spotted the issue within seconds and that he could have us up and running in 15-20 minutes. He was able to do exactly as he said. We are so thankful all of our groceries were saved, and we could continue on our beach weekend as planned. Highly recommend!

Mike came to our church the same day we called to fix our double oven. He found the problem quickly and didn't charge us a dime for his time since it was an electrical issue. We offered to pay, but he refused. We appreciate it Mike! Thank you!

The technician came out at a convenient time for me. Sears wanted me to wait with a timeline of 7am - 6 pm for their visit, but Appliance Expert was prompt and professional. I found them through my Home Choice Warranty plan.
He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and returned again promptly to install. So far so good as this fridge has dealt me fits! I’ll never buy Kitchen Aid again, but I would use Appliance Expert again.

Had a problem with my washer and Mike fixed it right away. Later on my ice maker went out and he fixed it right away. They were very nice, polite and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to anyone

Mike answered immediately when I called. As a coffee shop owner, the fridge going out was a major problem for me. My experience with Mike at Appliance Expert was wonderful! Not only my current situation with a broken dishwasher, but also a broken refrigerator over a year ago.
