We've been using temp Pro since we moved into the area. Their wonderful with communication so we always know who is coming.
Last year we had the entire unit replaced and once again they did a great job.
Mark is our regular tech. and he's always professional and knows the business and equipment.
Once again temp Pro, way to go hence the reason we continue to use them and highly recommend them!!

Mark is amazing at problem solving and repairing any HVAC issues that arise. He works diligently and wisely & does not waste a second.

Daniel came out same day and figured out our A/C issues quickly. He did a great job of explaining what the issue was and how he’d resolve it. He also installed a smart thermostat for us and made sure to talk pricing before performing any work. I would definitely recommend Daniel and this company again.

My old AC died (at the hottest time of year), so I tried the cheap route buying a used system online. Was quite the ordeal getting it installed and working. Two weeks later the replacement system also failed. What a mess!

This time I went with the Pros, and I’d happily recommend them to my family and friends. All the TemperaturePro staff - the salesman, the installation technicians, even the young lady who scheduled everything on the phone - was friendly, professional and punctual. And the pricing was competitive too! Wish I’d gone with TemperaturePro from the beginning! Thank you.

Edit: 1.5 yrs after paying $12k for a brand new heater and AC unit, I had an independent and highly rated company come do an annual checkup on the system. They found that the tape/mastic sealing the blower to the vents had detached and come up. (See pics.) They noted this was normal to see over time but abnormal for a system this young. I called TemperaturePro thinking this would be an easy fix. It's just tape. Didn't expect them to work for free but hoped they would work with me to make it right. I calmly explained the situation to Brooklyn, but she got oddly defensive, noting the labor warranty was now up and even at one point suggesting the new company could have pulled up the tape themselves. This was a huge turn-off. I expected they'd send someone out for an easy tape repair and stand behind their work. Instead, they tried to shift blame and make excuses. Then Brooklyn said she'd confer with the team and get back to me about a price for repairs. They never did. Very disappointing customer service for such a minor job after such a big expense. If they get this defensive and noncooperative over tape, I worry what else will go wrong with the system down the road.

Original Post: AC went out close to the weekend. Shawn responded before anyone and got a team to volunteer for Saturday work in 95 degree heat. Jaylon and Daniel were great. All standup dudes!

I finally switched over to AC with the weather starting to become warmer. A few hours later, to my surprise, it had warmed up several degrees instead of dropping. I gave Air Repair a call, and they said they could have someone at my house in as little as two hours! Chris showed up with a smile on his face and ready to help! Unfortunately my AC compressor was shot, but Chris was patient and gave me all the options! He went above and beyond to help and make sure I got the best service! Chris was outstanding and a pleasure to work with! He truly surpassed my expectations and made me feel confident in my decision!

This company was very nice! I called, and they asked what was going on with the unit. I had already checked the breakers and thermostat. So when I called they had an appointment between 5pm -7pm. I asked was it an additional charge and he said no. They called with in a hour and said a tech was on the way. He came on his way home and had it fixed within a hour. So relieved it was a simple fix! Thank you for acting so quickly!

Cory Martin the service tech was very thorough in first fixing the AC unit.Secondly showing us other problems and giving us a solution to have a safe and well running system.

Scheduling the appointment was easy and the technician was professional. He answered all my questions and gave helpful maintenance tips. The job was done well, though the follow-up call came a day late. Still, I’m satisfied with the quality of work.

Very friendly and professional employees. Thoroughly inspected and cleaned both of my units, exchanges and duct work. Made recommendations and provided estimates. They even checked to see if the warranty from a different company on one of the units was still in effect.

When they came out they were good about keeping us informed on what they were doing. He was polite and well prepared for the maintenance of our system. We had some issues rescheduling a few times but ultimately it was good service and we did purchase a service agreement with them for future maintenance.
