Corey was indeed customer service friendly. I was afraid to light my gas heater. However, he took the time to explain how to light it and he showed me how. Also, he offered to come back if I experienced any problems. My experience was wonderful.

The HVAC technician was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He fixed the issue and tested the system thoroughly before leaving. The wait time for the appointment was a little long. Still, the quality of work was worth it.

Let me Begin by saying that it was the cost of installation plus the added warranty that got my attention. And the fact that the equipment is a offshoot of Trane HVAC, a name synonymous with quality.

The installers, Noah and Trent, we're very courteous and professional. However, I noticed that they were a little concerned at my continually peeping over the shoulders and asking questions as they were seated. They still remained professional and kept to their test in a speedy way.

At the time of this review it's been 3 days since the installation was completed. I can honestly say that the new system is far more quiet and efficient than the old. The only thing I question is the temperature is set higher for comfort than the old system. For example, 71° is a great temperature for sleeping at night. 71° with the new system is freezing so we adjusted it to 73° at night and now all is well.

For the price and the equipment you just can't beat it. So before the summer hits, give these guys a call and I think you will be most pleased.

A little side note, they forgot to put the brand sticker on the AC unit.

Johnstone Supply is a "Wholesale Only" distributor- Says so on the front door- If you're a licensed contractor, this is the best supply house in town- If you're not a licensed contractor, you will pay list price, which is the price a service contractor will normally charge a homeowner-

Had the right part (Capacitor) and great price. And they were open when many places are closed right now. So very happy was in and out in 10 minutes.

Needed a small part for my home ac unit. Took the old one and the salesman matched the part, located another part I needed and was friendly, helpful and I will certainly be a repeat customer. Thank you.

Check prices at all the wholesale distributors before you buy anything here. They are extraordinarily high to retail customers. They are not wholesale to the public, and even their retail prices seem extremely high when compared to others.

I have spent untold thousands at this loction over the last ten years. A few months ago I bought a back up leak detector. When I opened it up, there was no sensor in the box. When I called about this, they essentially called me a lier. I have accounts all over birmingham. I will never do business with Johnstone again.
