We had what seemed at first like a small issue with a clogged toilet. It ended up being a much bigger issue that required re-plumbing connections to the septic tank and cutting through the bathroom floor and concrete slab to replace the plumbing. Because we had to remove the toilet, tub and vanity in order to get to the plumbing, we decided to renovate the bathroom at the same time. Jacob W and Billy H were prompt and worked for hours to get through the thick slab to repair the plumbing. They poured concrete to close up the area and replaced and rerouted the tub/shower and vanity plumbing. Because we have cast-iron plumbing, we had them replace the plumbing from the kitchen sink to the septic tank as well. There was a lot of dust and debris after the slab was opened up and they made sure that all the broken concrete was removed and cleaned up all the dust and dirt. They made sure that no dirt/debris were tracked through the hallway to the outside door, which is something I expect but haven't always seen with other companies doing home repair work. Jacob returned for additional visits by himself and was prompt to arrive when he was scheduled, return any calls I had , and answered any questions professionally and quickly. After the new shower and vanity were installed, Jacob returned to install the toilet and set the shower and vanity fixtures. He was always very friendly, professional, and informative during the process, making sure we understood what he was doing. He told us which extra parts (for faucet) that we needed to keep in case of future repair needs and also made sure that the hot water temperature was to our liking before finishing up the job. I highly recommend Dunn's and will definitely request Jacob for any additional plumbing needs.
