Will not sell a basic part, that can easily be purchased online, to the public. Plus the staff has a negative condescending attitude, completely not helpful or accommodating.

Great place for air conditioning parts. They have anything you need to install HVAC and the service is great

Good parts supply house. If you're not licensed, don't bother, they'll treat you like a criminal. If your not a regular, you get that vibe too.

Pronounced "We-cheat-em". Seriously guys, just because you've established a monopoly-esque foothold in the HV/AC supply market here in Alabama doesn't mean you shouldn't still try to employ good customer service. Y'all can do better. Roll Tide.

As a licensed HVAC contractor I'm glad to see the reviews on non licensed customers being turned away as it is very clearly marked on the front door "wholesale only must be a licensed HVAC company". The counter guys are probably salty because they deal with people like me on a daily basis. HVAC guy talk down to counter guys and counter guys talk down to people with out a state HVAC license. It's just the pecking order and the internet is your best friend. Especially If you can't deal with the stress of a couple of "contactor" salesmen telling you to read the sign out front.

I’ve been buying HVAC parts from them since I was 15 years old. They got a awesome group of guys thats been there for a long time Dodie,Chris,Mike,Wes,John,Eric and a few more, all the guys do whatever they can to help you. These guys actually Can help you find what you don’t even know what you’re looking for

Attempted to purchase some simple venting parts requested by my licensed plumber. Not only would they not sell to me, they made it a point to act like I was stupid and shouldn't have walked in. Very condescending staff, not helpful, not interested in helping. Enjoy you $10 hour counter job selling to "contractors"

WARNING-HOMEOWNERS STAY AWAY!!! I went to buy a capacitor. An older employee eventually asked me if I needed help and if I was a contractor. I said I was not a contractor. He immediately replied "we only sell to contractors". I replied I had bought items from them previously with no problems. He restated that they don't sell to homeowners. WARNING-HOMEOWNERS STAY AWAY!!! I wasn't trying to buy a full system or items requiring a license. I guess he was happy putting me in my place in front of the waiting "contractors".

The guys there are great. They stock everything that I need for HVAC installation. Highly recommend them if you’re a HVAC contractor. They don’t sell to the public.

Even though I was unable to purchase anything here due to I do not have a wholsale license. They were very helpful in assisting me and directing me in the direction I need to go.

Such a great experience! Zach was here earlier than scheduled and fixed our AC issue and even made sure he did not see any other leaks before leaving. He was fast, friendly very professional! Our Dobermans even loved him!! Would recommend this place to anyone
