I called first choice and had a technician come within only an hour of calling to check my Hvac. Francisco was very thorough and answered all my questions and was very professional. It was great to get an appointment so quickly and get great service. I would recommend them highly!

Split unit is malfunctioning and they will not respond to calls or voice mail.

Justin came out this morning after weeks with no air. He has an awesome attitude, knows the job, stress preventative maintenance, and didn’t use big words that we didn’t understand. They have a $99 yearly maintenance fee which is less than $10 a month. He’s very friendly and does not pressure you to buy unnecessary products. I would highly recommend 1st Choice Heating and Cooling!! I feel like he was a distant cousin coming to help and that meant a lot!!!
