Douglas recently installed our new Mitsubishi heat pump system. The whole experience was smooth, from the initial discussions about our needs, through the quote and installation. The new system is a huge improvement over our old cooling/heating unit. The Mitsubishi is whisper-quiet while maintaining a comfortable temperature. We were also please to see that our power bill dropped by around 25% during its first full month of operation. Couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend the team at Douglas.

Douglas Cooling and Heating is a top notch company. I have the Douglas Care Package, which provides a complete check-up of your HVAC system twice per year in the spring and fall. They always arrive on time for each appointment. Matt conducted the last two checks on our unit. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He is a great asset to your company.

Gas logs were professionally installed. I had ordered logs from a discount company and contacted Jeremy to do the installation. If I were getting logs again, I would consider getting a better set of logs than those I ordered. Cheap logs give off a smell that doesn't go away.

I needed something other than a new water heater or HVAC system. I needed to bring my attic ventilation pipes from my furnace, water heater, and cooktop up to code. Jonathan came out to assess my needs and subsequently conferred with the company expert on ventilation and sheet metal work, Russell. Russell and his helper went to extraordinary lengths to work in a very tight space in my attic to replace the vent pipes from my furnace, water heater, and cooktop all the way out through the roof. Impressive work. Douglas is a rare gem among HVAC companies who offers service above and beyond others. Thank you, guys!

Called Douglas because of a sudden issue with the heat not coming on and they had a tech (Jonathan) out within the day to look at the system. Diagnosed the problem quickly and after we discussing my options with Mason at the office and with Jonathan decided to go with a repair though we did discuss a future replacement as my system is 18 years old. Jonathan came back the next day when the parts were acquired and within a few hours had the system up and running as good as ever. Excellent service, communication and overall a pleasure to work with. Only one place to call when it's time for a system.

JCAC was replacing my HVAC under a 2-10 Home Warranty. It was a tough job as the unit was in the attic and the access was limited. It was also mid-July so the temperature was extreme. To their credit, the job was completed and everything worked well.
