Juan came in to fix a leak that another HVAC repairman couldn't find. He easily found the problem, came back promptly to fix it, worked efficiently to make the repair, tested the system to make sure everything was working properly and advised me to call back if I have any other problems. He did this for a reasonable price while giving great customer service, keeping his word. I will recommend Juan to friends and family and will call him again. Happy customer!

The JCAC Technician, Giovanny, was on time, extremely polite and respectful of our property. He inspected our system and discussed the recommended repair with my husband and I. The repair was quick, easy and inexpensive. Giovanny did not come back to us with a list of potential problems with the system in an attempt to have us spend money unnecessarily which I really appreciated.

I was referred to JCAC through a home warranty company after another contractor couldn’t diagnose my issue. They quickly (!) determined what was wrong and got a temporary solution set up to keep the house cool while waiting a few days for the claim to go through the warranty process. With Giovanny’s help, we were able to fast track that process and JCAC was back out the same week to do the more permanent repair.

Absolutely would recommend JCAC and I’d use them again! They’re easy to communicate with, honest, and quick to respond & get the work done!

Juan and Oscar were AMAZING!! My AC was out for almost a month, I was ghosted by the first AC guy from a different company, but Juan and Oscar came in and found the problem almost immediately and they had it fixed in under 45 minutes. I HIGHLY suggest JCAC for any heating or cooling needs.

I have used these guys for both Heat and AC repairs as well as new a new system installation. They are true professionals and will go above and beyond for repairs without just trying to sell a new system. Our system was 25 years old before it had to be replaced.

Both Giovanny and his dad were fantastic to work with. On a personal note, these are some of the most genuine guys I’ve ever met. G showed up on very late notice for a very urgent repair I needed. He was very honest and affordable, and he completed the work correctly in a timely manner. These guys deserve as much work as they want. I’ve worked with several HVAC contractors as I work for a large general contractor, and I can confidently say that these are the guys you want to call if you have any HVAC issues in the Birmingham area. I wish JCAC the best, because they deserve it.
