Fantastic experience! Justin serviced our AC unit promptly and was very knowledgeable about the problem. He was down to earth and not pushy or persuasive. Would definitely recommend!

I initially wanted a pre-summer AC system inspection, but the system wasn't running as cool as I thought it should. The technician, Justin, was very thorough, explained everything he was doing and also found a bad part which would have gone critical very soon. We are very happy with the work.

I called late on a Sunday afternoon after clipping a wire on my unit while doing some yard work. Justin came out within 1.5 hours of me calling and had everything fixed in less than an hour! He was patient, kind, and knew what he was doing. Super thankful for Justin and 1st Choice!

Amazing company fast and efficient and very professional. I was having HVAC issues with one of my rental properties and they gave me the best price and installed same day!! They’re also helping me with another property, can’t complain about anything!

My husband called these guys out and man are they fast and efficient at what they do! We had to get a new unit and they came right back out bright and early the next day and installed it! Super friendly and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone!

This team will not disappoint! Sarah understood my needs and urgency and Justin was super swift to arrive on site and get my condensate pump flushed and replaced. He took the time to explain everything and address all of my concerns so I trust that my units will be well taken care of with their choice club membership.

I initially spoke with Sarah on the phone she showed so much compassion about my unit going out on a warm day. She dispatched a tech to my property the same day. The pricing is great especially with offering Synchrony as a finance option. A++ company!

Talk about EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! From start to finish this company did an outstanding job on a new HVAC install. Sonny came out, talked to me about his company and the products and warranties they offer , gave me a FANTASTIC quote and within the hour he and his team were back starting the install. Francisco and Wyatt worked through a thunderstorm and until after 900 pm until they had my new system working and cooling my home. Francisco is so knowledgeable and made sure that I was pleased with the new system.
They will be my 1st Choice from now on.

The technician was competent and did an excellent job. He came on 4th of July to do the job which was greatly appreciated! I recommend them without any hesitation.

Horrible experience! He came out and diagnosed our issue, says he ordered the part, and now a month later will not return calls or text. No AC for entire month of August. Having to try another company now.

Sunny and his team did a great job getting our home AC working again. They diagnosed a bad compressor and ended up installing a new system. I really appreciated the follow up call a week later to make sure we were satisfied. Would recommend to anyone seeking AC work.

Quick response, same day service. Very nice and honest people to deal with. They had to run all over for parts, but did so quickly and got me up and running on a 20 year old unit. Strongly recommend.

We have been screwed over before by HVAC companies and as a result, when our AC went out a few weeks ago we decided to get several companies’ opinions before letting anyone fix it. Of the 3 companies that came out, it was very easy to make our decision and go with First Choice. Sonny (the owner) seems like a great guy who genuinely cares about both his customers & his employees, and wants to run an honest business. He even lent us an air cooler to help keep our house cool while they were working on it. They were able to replace our AC system & furnace quickly & at a fair price, and offered 0% financing options. They also furnished us with an 10 year parts & labor warranty on our new system! Eric, Francisco, & Wyatt were our techs and they were friendly, professional, and did quality work.
We highly recommend this company!

This company went above and beyond for my family! Our ac went out and they were recommended by neighbors. Francisco came and was the most knowledgeable guy I met. He thoroughly accessed the issues causing problems and Eric went and checked the other unit. Eric was great too. Together they provided incomparable service. In The Alabama heat, we was at 80+ degrees in the house. To be honest it was cooler outside. Francisco got everything fixed and Sonny and his wife (the owner) are a blessing, they made sure we could afford the services, they are truly a beautiful team. I am forever grateful!!! The two gentleman work very hard to install our new air conditioner. It was very, very hot for them, but they kept on working hard. They represent your company well.
