The pre and post communication was fabulous! Our ac is up and running, and we are finally smiling again. Our only concern was an apparent mixup in ordering the part and when it was delivered, it was the wrong part. The result was that we were without this unit for almost two weeks.

However, to their credit the techs were open and honest about the mixup, and took full responsibility for the delay. It was refreshing for a company to be honest and straightforward, and not insult us with fabricated excuses. As a consumer, we truly appreciate this. This level of integrity is rare, but we are grateful for it.

I had a great experience with Dunns HVAC from start to finish. Chris came out promptly to give a detailed and honest quote for cleaning our air ducts. He was professional, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions clearly.

Then, William and Jordan arrived to do the cleaning, and they were fantastic! Both were friendly, professional, and extremely thorough. They took their time to ensure every duct was spotless and explained the process along the way. The air quality in our home has improved noticeably already!

Zach was very informative and his ability to walk me through not only the full reason why I was experiencing the issue, but also options to fix the issue within my budget was impressive. He knocked it out and things are as good as new.

Gene, Jordon, and Anthony did a great job. I was converting from a gas hot water heater to electric and required electrical as well as plumbing services. They were very nice and professional and came out to my house on short notice. Will use them again for future work.

Landon was unprofessional and rude. Didn’t acknowledge me when he walked in my home as I had just got there an hour after he began repairs. We had spoken over the phone prior to which he told me he thought he would be able fix what needed repairing and also told me what he had done already. He had been speaking with my mom who was house sitting until I arrived. She told me she felt the same way about his attitude. I introduced myself and told him and told him that I’m the one who spoke to him over the phone about the pricing and issues. He just said “ok almost done then I have to get payment” he mentioned payment 3 different times as if I didn’t know or didn’t want to pay. After he was done he did not tell me what he ended having to do and if it was successful. I wrote the check and then sat it on my counter only to grab my bottled water on the other side of the counter. He was typing something in his iPad so I didn’t know he even knew I had written the check. I was going to pick the check up and hand it to him but by the time I turned around he had come behind me and gotten the check off the counter. And handed me the iPad to sign. I’m like ok…… he then left and left my yard looking like this…. I had no idea that I would be able to cover this back up. Initially I was livid because I knew it didn’t look like this before he started repairs. I ended up figuring out that all I had to do was place the cover back over this whole in the ground but he should have done that before he left. I will not use this company again. For The inflated prices I expected better customer service than I received.

The technician that came to check our upstairs air conditioner did a very thorough inspection and was able to determine the problem. He then checked to see if the unit was still under warranty and found out that it was past the warranty deadline. He then discussed the repair necessary to repair the unit which was to replace the unit’s motor and the associated cost. I approved the replacement and he immediately began to install the replacement motor and did not stop until the repair was complete.. he is an excellent representative of your company.

Zach was very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. I appreciated his honesty in not trying to sell a service I didn’t need.

Discovered my AC wasn’t working after I got home from work. I called Dunn’s around 4:30pm and they were able to send someone out that afternoon. Our service tech Gerlald M was very professional quick and efficient. The capacitor had stopped working, Gerald M had the part and replaced it. The AC was back to running in no time. I truly appreciate the after hours service!! Especially in this humid Alabama heat!

William arrived on time and with a professional appearance and attitude. He asked if I had any concerns before getting started and covered the services he would be performing. He was very thorough and addressed all of my concerns. We can already tell the difference in air quality after the service. Great job William!

Lance S. arrived on time! He was polite and patient. We had some difficulties getting the security floodlight to connect to the system but Lance patiently worked with me to try to resolve the issue. I would use him again.

Had a water heater go bad over the 4th holiday weekend. A friend recommended Dunn who we contacted and they were able to get us on the schedule for Monday. Dalton arrived as scheduled, looked at situation and stated that a replacement was needed. Chris arrived to help with the installation. Everything was done professionally and timely. Both guys finished up by close of business Monday. Great service, great techs, couldn't ask for anything more. Will continue to use Dunn and recommend them to friends when they need such services.

Roger was so helpful and knowledgeable. He was also on time and I was able to track him on my phone, so I wasn’t left wondering when he would arrive. Everything about my appointment was a better experience than the other AC heating and cooling companies I contacted.

The guys that came out worked hard to get my AC replaced and back online before calling it a day. Very pleased with their experience, professionalism, and courtesy. Highly recommend this company and the gentlemen that were involved through the whole process.

Brandon did a good job. He arrived on time and evaluated the
Electrical problem quickly. He had to make a quick trip to pick up the appropriate breaker but got things completed quickly.
