My experience with the company was over the top. It started with the gal who answered the call. She was so friendly and polite and I could tell she was dedicated to get my problem taken care of. The scheduling was immediate and I got an email confirmation, plus a text from the plumber himself. I then received the plumbers picture and bio, with his credentials. Then he called to get more specifics to be sure he had the right parts for the job. There were two guys on my call which sped up the work. It was in a 2ft high crawl space so they took photos and gave me a complete scope of work. Plumbers are never cheap but with where they had to crawl and what they had to do, it was well worth it. Not sure about other plumbers at Dunn’s but the ones I had were OUTSTANDING! I highly recommend.
I have had Dunns out for a second problem and again I sing their praise. This time we had a plumber named Aubrey. He was great. We are under contract so no service charge involved but he evaluated our problem and we asked for a detailed complete quote to deal with our plumbing issues. We had the quote within 4 hours of his visit and it is reasonable in price. I will call Dunns for any and every issue and I will know it’s a responsible company.

Technician was great love. The fact that he put these switch plate screws in a vertical position. We'll call him in the future.

Everything was handled professionally, Gene was very knowledgeable and resolved the situation quickly. The problem I had was the $850 for 15 minutes worth of work. I’m definitely in the wrong business, maybe I should take up plumbing!

Dunn's charged $885.94 to replace a existing faucet, the faucet cost $58.83 at Home Depot. His tech came and evaluated the problem and said he was going to replace the complete faucet, and would go and pick it up, gone 1/2 hr at most, returned with faucet and spent another 1/2 hr installing it. We questioned the tech as to why the charges were so much, he said the faucet was expensive, see attached photo. We were told the faucet cost $125.00, when we called manager to discuss billing charges. The faucet was installed incorrectly as the hot water is on the right side and cold is now on the left. I would never recommend anyone to not use Dunn's for anything.

Jason was excellent! He figured out where the leak was, opened the ceiling, turned off the water main, opened a larger area to reveal the leaking pipe then came back this morning and replaced the leaking pipe. He cleaned up both days before leaving. All this on a weekend!

Both the plumber and Electrician for Dunn were extremely professional and Knowledgeable. It’s hard to find good companies with good employees anymore, but Dunn is doing something right with their employees. Thank you for the great experience.

Gene came out within hours of us requesting a quote and provided us a MUCH better option than we had gotten before. He was very professional and helped us make an informed decision about the direction of replacing our hot water heater. We have now become a Dunn's customer as long as they are an option.

I called them early morning On Wednesday and they had one of their Licensed Technicians out by 1pm, he was on time and did an excellent job.
I will definitely have them out to maintain the Hot water heater, and my air conditioner.

Dunn's as a company was very accommodating to our needs. Chris, the GM went above and beyond. The instillation process did not go as smoothly as I'd have liked. Several mistakes were made but they came back and made it right. Not impressed with Rickey. He never wore shoe protectors inside or asked if I'd like for him to. He walked on my cream carpet in very dirty shoes in my bedroom. They drilled through a water line and cut a baseboard unnecessarily because they attempted to install the wrong floor vent ( it wasn't even a floor vent). I questioned Rickey about it being so flimsy and he told me it was supposed to be that way. But it wasn't. They also made a miscut on the floor that has to be patched. So while I'd give the company an A rating, if give the installers a D. Just too many mistakes. Also they left the job without installing my filters.

Dalton and Will were very friendly and knowledgeable. We have just moved into our house and all of our pipes were backing up. The previous owners had put grease and baby wipes down the drains. After getting a jetter out to clear what the snake couldn't, it was discovered that there was a bigger issue: roots growing through the main sewer line. During their 4 trips out to my house they were always early or on time and extremely communicative throughout the process. Now we have a fresh pipe and clear lines!

Repaired an electrical issue that had been a problem for a long time. The technician was great and worked diligently to resolve my problem. I definitely recommend Dunn's Electrical and will use them if needed in the future. Very professional and on time to the appointment.

Gene came out on a Saturday to repair a leak coming from the expansion tank on our hot water heater, which is located in our attic. He had to navigate around a water cleanup crew that our insurance had sent out earlier that morning. He was so patient and understanding! He took the time to sit down with me and discuss all my options which included just the repairs, repairs and just a plumbing service package, or the repairs and their whole home package. Because of how quickly Dunn’s got someone to our home and Gene’s professionalism, we opted for the whole home package in addition to the repairs. Once the repairs were completed, he emailed me pictures to show what needed to be done and his completed repairs. Gene even took the time to answer questions I asked that went beyond the repairs he did that day so I would be well informed and could make the right decision for my family when it comes time to replace the entire water heater. I highly recommend Dunn’s and I’m so grateful for Gene taking the time on a Saturday to not only complete the repairs quickly and explaining everything to me, but to answer so many questions I had for him!

Dunn’s and their tech Gene responded in matter of minutes, arrived promptly and fixed a bad leak outside the house quickly and efficiently. This is the second time we use Dunn’s Service and we were lucky that Gene was a tech again! I would recommend Dunn’s and Gene for plumbing needs.

Gene took care of our leak. He took time to explain what had to be done. After taking safety precautions , getting the proper utilitie companies to mark their lines. He fixed the pipe that was causing the problem.

I had the pleasure of having Antron install a fan for me. He did a phenomenal job, answered any and every question I bombarded him with and was very professional. He was by far the most knowledgeable electrician I’ve come across and would highly recommend him to any and everyone. I will be sure to ask for him the next time I need something. Overall he did a wonderful job.

Dunn’s HVAC, plumbing, and electrical were responsive and available same day I called for service. My technician name’s was Jordan. He is punctual, thorough, knowledgeable in the services. He explained as he went along and showed pictures of the issue and a pictures after he repaired it. Service was reasonably priced.
