Very happy using this company for our recent tune-ups of our AC units. Communication via text and email was fantastic. The technician was so friendly and knowledgeable and had a part that we needed on his truck ready to go. Would definitely recommend!

Alan came very last minute and stayed until the job was done when no other company could come out. Our heat was blowing cold when it was 17 degrees outside. Alan showed up around 2 and didn’t leave until the heat was back on (around 5-6) even though he spent most of the time working outside in sub-20 degree weather. Will never use another company because Temperature pro is seriously the best. I got a text from them at 10 o’clock the night of the repair to make sure my heat was working again before he went to sleep. Fantastic customer service. Alan and Daniel are top notch!

Daniel was very knowledgeable. He provided professional services and gave recommendations for adjacent issues he saw I was experiencing with my unit located in the attic. I’m looking forward to future services and all my HVAC needs!

TemperaturePro knocked it out of the park with our mini split installation. We were very impressed by the professionalism of the technicians and the fact that the owner of the company came by to check in on everything. They even found some mold in our ductwork which we never knew about. We are very thankful for their service and look forward to using them again!

During a routine maintenance, another company's reps recommended a new system to fix a compressor leak problem. Thinking that was extreme, I got other companies to review the problem and give me an estimate. One company said there was no problem and nothing should be done! However, the TemperaturePro serviceman showed me the problem on his instruments and gave me an estimate that was much lower to only repair the problem that I had. He was very patient in answering my questions and also very knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again.

Mark diligently and professionally diagnosed my A/C unit and did not quit until he had it performing at spec...even better than when first installed 10 years ago! I cannot recommend him more, and wish I could give him 10 stars. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and very prompt! Nothing like coming home to a dead AC during the first false spring of the season, but they got us back up and running within hours of calling! Steve was very helpful and professional and explained everything so we understood what the problem had been.

Fantastic group! Over the past year we’ve met probably almost everyone on the team between HVAC maintenance, diagnosing problems, and finally getting a new system. Matthew, Alan, Alex, Mark, Daniel, and Shawn(owner) all have been professional, personable, prompt and honest. They didn’t try to stick us with a system we didn’t need, in fact, the system they replaced our old one with was a smaller system because we didn’t need one as big as we had. I love that you also get a text when your tech is on the way as well as a picture and brief bio of who is going to be at your home. We will continue to use them and recommend them to others!

Allan was on time and very professional. He thoroughly inspected my system for any deficiencies and gave me a comprehensive breakdown of the items he found. Shawn and Daniel got things started smoothly. Alan, Alex, Gadge, Mark and Matthew all did excellent work and were very pleasant to deal with during a difficult project of completely removing and replacing my attic system. We have 3 systems in all and I personally installed all of them so I feel more than qualified to accurately evaluate these folks. My age and health forced me to hire out this project and I am so happy that I found these guys. I can't say enough to adequately describe how happy I am with the entire team. I have a big problem with humidity, air flow, running my AC all the time and bathroom/dryer venting problems. I have had multiple people evaluate the issues and make some changes over the YEARS but I still have problems. This was the first company that seemed to have the knowledge and expertise to diagnose all of my problems and to reveal other issues I didn’t know I had. They have creative and efficient solutions and I look forward to them designing the final proposal and to get started in the work. I can’t believe I finally found a problem solver!! They were both so professional, courteous and knowledgeable and I have the utmost confidence in their work. Never seen someone so thorough and detailed. I will leave another review when they finish and let you know how it turned out.

Awesome experience with TemperaturePro! Received an email and text when technician was headed to my house. Could see his route in real time (like Uber) and pulled into driveway at the very same time as him! Great not to rush from work and just sit and wait for someone to arrive! The text also included a picture of the technician and a little about him. My technician was Steve, and he was quick and efficient. A quality company! I highly recommend.

When I reached out to Brooklyn W. regarding the heating issue at the property we just leased she was so understanding of my issue, worked very diligently to get a service man out quicky and around our work schedule. She was so compassionate and took the extra step to personally reach out to the leasing company to confirm that they were the correct vendor, and when the quote was submitted for the work. She has kept in contact with me this entire time. I am so thankful that she is the one I dealt with she is a wonderful representative for the company.

When Mark M. got to the property he was met by my son, Justin. Mark took the time to explain the way the system worked (this is the 1st time we have had a gas furnace). I was so impressed by the knowledge that he has and his willingness to share and explain things to Justin. Justin said he was so nice, professional, and went ABOVE and BEYOND when checking the unit. Mark swapped out the filter and performed a VERY detailed inspection of the furnace and was able to determine the problem. He submitted the quote to the leasing company quickly and we are just waiting on a response.

At the end of the last call I had with Brooklyn I explained to her that this is a huge issue for us and that it was upsetting as a Mom that my son was there with NO heat (regardless of his age he's still my son) and how it still bothered me. She was so kind and told me if we ever had any questions about the furnace to call them and they would be glad to explain things to us.

This has been a rough issue with the leasing company but the good thing that they could have ever done for us was sending TemperaturePo to our rescue.

Daniel was the technician for our "twice a year" maintenance check and, as always with TemperaturePro, he was prompt, professional, pleasant, and informative. He checked everything thoroughly and reported that everything was in great condition. He said we didn't need anything at this time. That also tells me they are an honest company! I would highly recommend TemperaturePro for all your HVAC needs!

Daniel did a thorough job checking my unit after lightning hit my house. He was honest about there not being any damage and was very responsive and fast to get to my location. I definitely recommend giving him a call!

From the moment we made our appointment we were impressed with the communication. Text confirmation, text reminder, then a personal photo of our technician with a personal bio. When you have someone coming to your home it's nice to know ahead of time who you are expecting. Daniel was extremely personable and very knowledgeable, explaining everything he was doing and his findings. Great price, great service and will be our choice going forward. The process was so easy and exceeded our expectations.

I don't know where to begin with how happy I am with the service I received from TemperaturePro. My technician was Jerin, and I'm glad he came by because not only was he able to fix the leak on my AC unit, he also was extremely professional. In addition to all of this, he was able to complete the job for a reasonable price, and in a timely manner. I don't write reviews often, but considering the excellent service I received, I felt like I needed to in this case. I'll be using TemperaturePro from now on. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Temperature Pro went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. First they replaced our main unit and while we were in that process, our upstairs ac unit went out as well. Both were over 25 years old. Even though they could not install the second unit for a few days, they placed a portable ac unit in our daughters room so she could sleep there. Daniel communicated extremely well and delivered what he promised. They are not the cheapest company in town, but I've learned you get what you pay for. For us it was well worth the investment and I would recommend them. We plan on utilizing their service as well. They are professional, prompt, concerned for the customer and did a fantastic job on both installs upgrading our ductwork and putting in safety features that will provide a peace of mind for years to come.
